I want to preference this by saying everyone I interacted with was extremely kind…I walked in after a quick workout, so it was awesome they could take me on short notice. There was a really nice guy who helped take my gel X off, then I went to another person to get a French tip manicure. I’m not sure what the situation was, but essentially this person “did not specialize in designs” as I was told after, so they were having a hard time painting the French tip design. The nail tech left a couple times to ask for help and after the 2nd time, someone came over to me and saw how unfinished and rough the nails looked, so she had someone else come, take off the previous gel, and start from fresh. The new design looked great, but it’s been a week now and 3 new nails are broken. To preference, I came in with grown out gel x and had one nail that completely broke off, so I feel this could also have contributed, but my nails were filed down so much too during this visit. Additionally, they didn’t have the greatest selection for nail polish, and I was told for multiple colors that I could pick a color close to it. Im also used to being asked what shape I want my nails, but I wasn’t asked by the person who took my nails off or the original tech, then she attempted to shape them after the paint, which didn’t end up looking great. I really loved how kind people were, but I was still charged full price after being there for 2.5h and a total redo of my natural nails, which are now breaking since they were constantly being filed down. I also feel like the original tech expressed concerns about not being able to do the French tip, but it seems like she was brushed off, maybe due to how busy everyone else was? Which makes sense, but I would’ve rather been turned away. In any case, I feel like it would be better to ask up front and know which techs are comfortable with what, then turn people away if it’s too busy. My partner and I had the opportunity to visit this location, and it was a true vibe from start to finish. The ambiance of the environment is very welcoming from the entrance and salon decor to the front desk staff and nail technicians.

Our services were two pedicures, one manicure and one acrylic full set (short length). We were properly greeted by the spa receptionist(s) , checked on periodically (as I was unsure of receiving the acrylic services) and even asked if we need beverages while requested services were being completed.

Mariana was knowledgeable, approachable, and super sweet. She listened to my past experiences from visiting other salons that were unpleasant causing my natural nails to be damaged to the point where I just stopped going for months. However, Mariana took the time to educate me on my concerns, made me feel comfortable enough to give her expertise a try, and held dialogue just in general which isn’t always the case at other spas/salons. *Sidenote: Shoutout to Desi for also assisting with the nail color swatches for the best match

The pedicures and manicure that my partner and I received were great and the nail technicians who serviced us took their time and did not rush the services. They were all three attentive to us which catered to the experience.

By far, this was the best experience I and my partner have ever had thus far receiving spa services. Upon checkout, the spa receptionists who worked that evening were kind and thoughtful to give details on how the booking process works there as well as the services provided in order to book future appointments.

The professional team vary in culture and that for us was a HUGE PLUS in regards to representation.

Evelyn performed my facial and she was professional while she conducted my service. I am a talker and I loved the conversation we had- I have actually already rebooked with her in April!

Tanaz has always done a good job brining out the beauty of my eye brows. At times maybe one I did not even know existed.
