A really good boba tea shop!
Milk Cha-Cha is probably my favorite boba tea shop in all of South Park - Charlotte. I don't have much else to say about it as I believe the quality should speak for itself, so I've decided to attach one of my favorite pork chop recipes below.
Easy Honey Garlic Pork Chops:
Ingredients: 4 Pork chops bones in or out Salt and pepper, to season 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon unsalted butter 6 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup water (or chicken broth) 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar, or any white vinegar)
Instructions: Preheat oven broiler (or grill) on medium-high heat. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder just before cooking.
Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sear chops on both sides until golden and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes each side). Transfer to a plate; set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Melt butter in the same pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the honey, water and vinegar. Increase heat to medium-high and continue to cook until the sauce reduces down and thickens slightly (about 3-4 minutes), while stirring occasionally.
Add pork back into the pan, baste generously with the sauce and broil/grill for 1-2 minutes, or until edges are slightly charred.
Garnish with parsley and serve over vegetables, rice, pasta or with a salad.
Enjoy with a cup of thai milk tea from the...
Read morePoints: Great drinks, okay service, okay atmosphere. I'm staying at a nearby hotel and saw this place passing by. I knew I had to stop and get something; I got the Pineapple Bubbly Cha-Cha with strawberry popping boba add-in. This was absolutely delicious and I'll probably stop again before leaving! The service was alright. I've seen other reviews mentioning the lack of "smiles", but for me it wasn't too different than service I've received from other boba shops or Asian markets. She was polite and quick with the order, but not very helpful when I mentioned I had never been there. Simply pointed at the pictures and the menu. I'm comfortable without human interaction, though, and I had peeked at the menu before coming. The only other reason this didn't make 5 stars is the atmosphere. A lot of people referred to it as clean, and maybe it was prior, but there was dust caked on a bunch of the decorations, especially the big fake plant right at the front door. Otherwise, though the tables were clean and I think it's cute they provide board games - though I definitely wouldn't find myself using this place as a hang out at all. I do like the collection of merch available and I almost purchased a stuffed dinosaur, but noticed the arm was ripped and the stuffing exposed, but it was still in the package ready to sell 🤔
Summary: great place for grabbing a drink on the go! Dust your fake plants! Merch is cute but look it over well...

Great for quick meets or just picking up. Although there isn't much seating, it does not feel cramped and the aesthetic of the inside has a fresh open feel to it. Not to mention, there are lots of spots for cute photos.
Now on to the drinks! I ordered the mango matcha latte with boba pearls, and my friend got the brown sugar boba. This was my first time having a matcha and mango combo, and to my surprise it was delicious! The matcha was especially strong, which I love. For some, matcha is definitely an acquired taste, so maybe this would not be the right drink for you. The good news is that they have so many other drinks to choose from! A previous drink I've had that was super tasty was the Strawberry yalkult drink-- sweet and tangy in flavor and cold for a nice refresh...
