If this is not your normal branch donât waste your time. They profile you (as a person) when depositing checks, the tellers donât know what they are doing (deposited one check in error twice, so it came up looking suspicious on my business account and put a 10 day hold on my check).
The branch manager not only isnât helpful, he basically doesnât care. Called Wells Fargo about the check hold, they said the branch manager has to look into it (the hold was branch specific). So I called this branch (university branch) and the branch manager gives me the run around âI canât do anything about itâ and âwhatever the hold date says on the receipt is the day it will be releasedâ which is 7/12, he didnât ask for account info, didnât check anything, he genuinely did not care (called for him 3 times over the last week, and every time someone says he is there but unavailable). Worst branch Iâve ever been to. Takes two minutes to check if funds have been collected from another financial institution, but you rather have an unhappy client. I wonât cash in a 2 cent check here again! Thanks for the experience

Customer service is big for me, it is how businesses stay in business. Donât settle for people who just get by and donât actually care about their customers! UNIVERSITY BRANCH IS A JOKE! It doesnât matter if you go inside or use the drive-thru â youâre guaranteed to wait over 25 minutes every single time, no matter the time or day. This location is a complete mess. If the staff has no interest in serving customers, why even bother opening the bank at all?
I opened my business account here years ago, and things were never this bad. I deeply regret ever choosing this bank. The service has gone completely downhill.
Drive-thru? Donât count on it. They randomly shut it down during the day and just slap up a sign saying âClosed, sorryâ like itâs no big deal. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to customersâ time.

When I first pulled up to lane one there were only 2 cars ahead of me, lane two had two cars, lane three was closed and lane four, but lane five was open with one car there. I moved over to where the one car was and we sat there for 30 minutes. While we still havenât moved they open up lane three and four. Once I seen new cars in a newly opened lane being taken care of first I switched to another lane. Once I was seen finally I didnât like the service Iâd been given.
