This will be a 2 part review, as I am currently awaiting a repair for a Time peice I purchased a month ago. However, after my Exsperience so far, I'm not sure what I got myself into. The representative wasn't very friendly or helpful. Anything I asked him, was returned back to me as if he knew more than me. After a few minutes of conversation, he proceeded to treat me as if I were a bother to him. So far their service wasn't good enough for me to recommend spending thousands of dollars here. If you exsperienced service like this, I believe you would have felt the same. One day after my initial visit I was called by the person that made me uncomfortable the first time and informed that "they could not repair my watch because they were unable to get the parts." Shortly after driving 40 minutes to pick it back up. I drove across the street to Jared, and was directed to a person just down the road who took my time peice in with care and told me "they would do all they could to help." Already an improvement over "You should send it to the original manufacturer and if not then I don't care, our watch maker can do this movement all day." Right Alex? Then proceed to waste my time telling me essentially he can't do it because he doesn't have the parts? My question is why did you not call the guy while I was with you to find this out ahead of time? Further more why would you treat your customer like this? Then call me with a half baked apology and make me feel guilty for your mistake?
This company is not Rone Regency! Unless you support snobby distasteful salesmen, I suggest finding a buisness more human.
This isn't New York Finks!
This does not reflect my opinion. This is 100% my experience and if you think I want to take down the only high class watch dealer within a hundred miles of my home? You would be greatly mistaken. I am an enthusiast and the peices sold here are a dream to see in this area. With that said, I feel most of Finks good reviews are one off weathly customers or friends of the buisness. I don't believe Finks cares about you or your time. They wanna see a dallor value and from there it doesn't matter. If this is what it cost to get Swiss made luxury in Chattanooga? I want no part of it
This review will remain locked in until I can trust this location again. From here on I am cracking down on my reviews. Everything said here is true to the best of my ability. I'm tired of large corporations treating people like this
I realise this is lengthy and I hope it has helped...
Read morePurchasing jewelry is one of the most personal purchases you can make because you want something nice, beautiful, eloquent, but also within your budget at a great bargain. As such, you definitely absolutely NEED someone who you can TRUST! I have been to so many other stores where all they really cared about was SELL/SELL/SELL! As a buyer, you want to deal with someone that cares about your desire, needs, and wants so they can show you and suggest to you what they have and see if they can order what you want for you (if they don't have it) rather than trying to fulfill their quota of selling. Nobody wants to be SOLD anything. We want to see things we like at a great price so we want to BUY it.
A handful of my closest friends HIGHLY recommended Rone Regency Jewelers so my wife and I decided to give them a visit and we are so very glad that we did! We had the pleasure of being assisted by a nice lady named Denise (who we specifically asked for due to our friends' recommendations) and she was just absolutely fantastic! She surprisingly did not try to forceably push things into our hands like 99% of other places we visited but rather listened to what my wife and I were looking for and showed us the items they had in hand as well as the items they could order on our behalf. Denise was one of the most nicest, helpful, friendly, and professional person we have dealt with at any jeweler and we got to experience first hand why she came so highly recommended by all of our friends. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease which in turn let's you open up to her more to have a very productive dialogue as to how she can help you.
Because Google Reviews is a public forum where people can read and see what I write, I will not divulge what my wife and I purchased but we can definitely tell you that we got a great deal on a few items that we have been shopping for some time now.
Most importantly, we know we find a jeweler who we can trust who will put our needs and wants before theirs and also get a great bargain for the highest quality products.
Be sure to ask for Denise (or Bob) and they will take good...

I had a fantastic experience with Emory, the salesperson. He was very well informed, and extremely adept in finding exactly what I was looking for. He was timely in service, but I tried on more than one Pandora bracelet to compare them; and I never once felt rushed. Even more so than that aspect, it was really nice to not feel like I was being pushed into buying something from the minute I walked through the doors.
Every single one of the people I encountered were each helpful, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and able to answer my questions. Even down to the simplest question about where I'd find earrings. And after I'd checked out, (And they offered to wrap my bracelet without my asking; even though it wasn't a gift item. Beautifully done with a coordinating ribbon —I'm a sucker for well-done packaging.) the woman noticed I was trying to find a discontinued charm; and I'd been looking through a 2016 older catalog. And she went and got me a copy of the book to be able to take with me. That was so nice of someone to think of, and the whole experience was very personal.
The last place I shopped wasn't necessarily a bad experience. But I felt like the woman was really impatient waiting for me to decide on a charm, for my Sister's ultrasound/surprise gender reveal. And she didn't know enough about the selection of charms without referring to the Pandora catalog pretty frequently. All-in-all, Emory was really well-informed about the selection of charms. A good balance of patient, funny, and efficient. A bonus that he was quick at locating the correct item, without pulling half the trays out before finding it. I'll definitely use Rone Regency again, and will for sure recommend it! Thank you for a positive...
