Absolutely a scam. They donât tell you until the exam starts that you will not even speak to a doctor and that the exam will be done via telehealth. I mention a problem that I wanted to discuss and she said they would have to refer me to another eye doctor office for that. They couldnât help. I politely expressed my frustration with needing to see two doctors when I should just need to see one. Then when the exam started it was clear that the âretina technicianâ was working in what I can best describe as a call center. Honestly, at first I thought he was AI bc he was so bland and spoke very scripted!! The âexamâ happened in half the time of my typical exam. Three min later this âdoctorâ in Nebraska had review the notes from the exam and approved a prescription. The prescription ended up being vastly different from my current one. I said the results were wrong. It was described to me that they could âpass alongâ my note to the doctor and when she âhad timeâ she would look it over and discuss. Itâs the conversations about how to resolve this problem when there was no doctor in the office to help me. The lady then tried to BLAME ME for agreeing to appointment. After further discussion and her making a call it was decided that I was allowed to leave without paying for my time. The entire practice feels like scam. The lady was nice until I stated that she didnât have a way to solve my problem and was rude and treated me like I was the problem then I was completely mislead into thinking I would be seeing an actual doctor and not a call center tech for my medical needs. Highly do...
Read moreHi. I don't usually leave reviews, but people need to know this is not the best place in terms of quality. I found this place on Google and was impressed by how many positive reviews they had. When I went to this place, I found that they have a lot of Chinese frames which are relatively inexpensive (but for the quality of the frames, they are expensive). I found a few designer frames. I ended up ordering glasses and paying around $320 out of pocket (I had eye insurance, so my insurance paid extra). When I got my glasses (I paid for the delivery), they were way too big for me. I'm not sure if this company has any quality policy/checks before sending glasses to customers. I went back to them, and the lady adjusted the frame. It was more or less okay. The next day I went on vacation, and the day after, I lost my glasses. I was on the lake ramp and was looking down at the water. The glasses just slid off my face, and I lost them. I think the frame was somehow damaged when they put the lenses in it. That's why it became so big. I would not recommend this place. The quality is awful. I just wasted $320....
Read moreMy Husband and I were looking for a new Eye Dr. Hubby doesnât have insurance so he decided to try this place. They are open until 7 PM which is convenient for people working later in the day. They were so informative and helpful. Helping the both of us with exams, finding new glasses,as well as helping me with trial contacts. They donât have expensive frames (big name brands) but this helps with the cost. Their frames are made of good quality materialâs though (titanium)so if youâre in construction work you might be a little hard on your glasses or frames theyâve got you covered with a year warranty. They stayed till 8:30 working with us. We received our glasses 4 days earlier than expected. The perception in mine were correct. My husbandâs script was good on the distance but a little bit off on the reading. Retested for free and No big deal they were able to send them back to fix with no problem. My husband had originally went to Americas best. đ (Definitely...
