Terrible service and food. I just got out of hospital and had radiation and was feeling weak so I thought some meat would help. What better place than a steakhouse. We were greeted by the hostess and she immediately sat us in corner near the bathroom. She was not welcoming but we didn’t care. They were still maintaining social distancing and everything was very clean. So happy. We were in no hurry but we were very hungry. We sat about ten minutes as server after server walked by without acknowledging us. Finally I caught the hosts attention and let her know (I hate complaining) I’m a server17years! I understand and a male said no one told us he had been sat but he walked by us several times. Whatever the excuse it happens. I didn’t come for service I came for steak. So we he came we were ready to order food and drinks. Husband ordered hamburger rare with fries and raspberry tea. I ordered Peach tea small 6ozsteak rare with sweet potatoes Brussels and a Caesar salad . Salad came out and he brought drinks and told us which was which tea, he was wrong but again, not there for the service. Caesar salad had a lot of white lettuce overwhelmed with cheese and croutons. Not everyone has tomatoes in Caesar so I struggledbto get his attention and ask if I could have some tomatoes for salad so he came back with a tea, ok? Maybe he is busy and kitchen hasn’t gave to him tomatoes. Well 6mins went by or food was surely about to be out. So I said I think he forgot and my husband asked hates asking but I was sick so he had to get up to get servers attention for tomatoes he had forgotten. Whatever still.not mad. Maybe it was his first day. So when the food came out he sat it down and never came back. The steak was so hard to cut into and was no where near rare it was more medium well to well. It was hard to chew but I tried - the sweet potatoes was great the Brussels were covered in grease but still ok but I needed meat. So I tried eat my husband’s hamburger cause I was so hungry but there wasn’t much left, his burger was good. finally after my husband finished the server came over . We had planned for dessert too but werent offered and plus the service was so bad we couldn’t wait much longer so the server asked if we wanted check I said sure and also I’m sorry It’s probably to late now we are ready to go but the steak was terribly overcooked and wasn’t that good. Server insists on getting me a new steak and by this time I was very nauseous but he brought it back rather quick and the steak tasted amazing in comparison but nothing to brag on from a steakhouse. I could not enjoy it in the box he brought it in and I felt like I was being pushed out. Our bill was only $38 we tipped $10 .we will not be back for steak ever . Server walking around nothing to do ,could check on the beer I ordered and obviously forgot so I did for him .they made excuse we didn’t tell him we are out of draft, well if he’d had checked on it he would’ve known draft was out. Then had manager bring food and server wouldn’t even look our way to see if we needed anything couldn’t even flag him down he completely ignored us on purpose now at this point. never checked on us again. if he had tried he would’ve got a tip but he didn’t even try. He thought he messed up and wouldn’t get tipped ,had he tried I still would’ve tipped him ,I’m a server i get it you mess up. Treat us all the same. But dude didn’t even come back . he gave up and I had to ask host for boxes check and our dessert. never got dessert . had to ask manager ,, now she gives all options of dessert which server never did. she got it all to go and checked me out. I’d tell you his name if I had got a check but I couldn’t even get a hard copy cause he never brought one. I’ve never not tipped anyone less than 20percent even on poor service this dude gave zero service . Not to mention wearing loose fitting bike gloves ,how you gonna wash your hands bro? Read moreI don't know who was working the take out door last night (11/17/21) but he was a saint and very good for your store. You either also have him answering the phone or you have 2 very well trained employees. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:20 (that was approximately 35 min after I placed the order) and I arrived a minute or 2 after that. At that time, all pickup parking spots were full, the inside pickup desk are was full of people and there was another customer standing outside. I joined that customer, commenting that it must be the dinner rush hour And he said he thought someone got overwhelmed and left causing the backup. Less than a minute later a gentleman opened the door and asked me for my name if my order let me know after he checked that it wasn't quite ready yet and then got a third person who'd walked ups information and got there order and handed it to them apologizing for the delay. At the moment I didn't realize what he meant by the delay considering they just walked up. Then the guy who was there when I arrived got his order and finally at 6:35 he handed me mine. Again apologizing for the delay. I glanced at the tag to confirm it was my order, and looked in my bag, saw that it was full, so thought I had everything and left. When I got home 30 min later I realized I had all 5 salads and the bread but no steak, baked potato or side of steamed veggies. I called and let them know there must have been a 2nd bag. The gentleman was very apologetic and asked how to make it right and did.
