This engagement & wedding ring purchase was a long but phenomenal process. It started with Ronny. He was absolutely amazing. I know NOTHING about buying jewelry but he asked questions and listened to my answers. He was invaluable in figuring out what I was looking for. I showed up just before closing on Sunday evening (oblivious to what time they closed). He never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was so informative and educated me on purchasing a ring. I was still wanting to check with Zales competitors to compare prices. Let me tell you, that was a mistake. Two other jewelry stores took one look at me and acted like I wasn't good enough to spend a considerable amount of money there. When I showed my fiancee the choices I found. She liked the one from Zales. Two days later we returned to buy the ring. Or so I thought,... Ronny had the day off but, Cameron offered to help us. She showed my fiancee the ring that I picked out. That's when I found out, I had no clue what "my one" really wanted. Cameron took over and did the same question and answer process that Ronny did for me. She asked questions and actually listened to the answers. Slowly zeroing in on the exact ring my baby wanted. Let me assure you, this was not an "up sale" process. The price was really close to what I was quoted for a slightly smaller diamond. I could not be happier, the process, the price or the product. Read moreI recently paid to have my fiancée’s EXPENSIVE ring re-sized and it was not fixed on time as promised. They said it would take two weeks, but so far it has been three and still no ring! They never reached out to my fiancée or I about it being late, so I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go speak to them even though we had a number on file that they did not utilize. When I arrived in person they called the repair shop and told me to come back in two to three days. At home, we followed the link on the receipt to check the status on the ring, and it said that the ring was NOT BEING REPAIRED yet.
