This engagement & wedding ring purchase was a long but phenomenal process. It started with Ronny. He was absolutely amazing. I know NOTHING about buying jewelry but he asked questions and listened to my answers. He was invaluable in figuring out what I was looking for. I showed up just before closing on Sunday evening (oblivious to what time they closed). He never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was so informative and educated me on purchasing a ring. I was still wanting to check with Zales competitors to compare prices. Let me tell you, that was a mistake. Two other jewelry stores took one look at me and acted like I wasn't good enough to spend a considerable amount of money there. When I showed my fiancee the choices I found. I recently paid to have my fiancée’s EXPENSIVE ring re-sized and it was not fixed on time as promised. They said it would take two weeks, but so far it has been three and still no ring! They never reached out to my fiancée or I about it being late, so I had to take time out of my busy schedule to go speak to them even though we had a number on file that they did not utilize. When I arrived in person they called the repair shop and told me to come back in two to three days. After looking at jewelry on-line I went to the Zales location at the Northgate Mall to see what the item I was interested in actually looked like. Gina Johnson waited on me and was extremely helpful. This location did not have the particular item I saw online but Ms. Johnson showed me similar items to what I saw and explained the differences. What I decided on was a custom order and Ms. Johnson helped me order it on-line.
