I love this store and shop here regularly for clothes and shoes for my son and for gifts. The owner is so sweet and jumps in to help just like any other store associate, and everyone that works there is very kind and helpful, too. It's a beautiful store that features in-house monogramming and a little play area for kids while you're shopping, which is nice for me and my son loves it. They do in-house special events time to time. We made an appointment with Clay Rice for a silhouette when he came through! One time, they had someone come that did portrait paintings, I believe, but we missed it. I hope they do something like that again! You can have items gift wrapped for free, which is so nice. Join their Instagram page because you can do some shopping through their posts, keep up with things, and see news of quick sales! They carry the major boutique style clothing and shoe brands for boys and girls baby through kids, plus baby accessories and holiday items and books. So many cute things, everything for boys and girls are so precious! I also shop here for gifts quite a bit when I want something special. My only complaints are: 1. I wish they kept more staple, year-round items in-stock, like Peter Pan collar shirts and shorts and pants. So many times, they won't have my size or are out for the season too soon. 2. More selection and in-stock sizes for baby and toddler boys. I love the style of kids clothes they carry and will pay for it. Don't get me wrong, I like cheap and stock up at Carter's for little simple things, pj's, etc., BUT I also stock my son's closet with the nicer clothes and boutique type outfits. I feel it's a hit or a miss with shopping as far as selecting something. Finding boys options is hard anyways. If I'm not looking for something, I'll find at least one thing I like, but if I have a specific occasion or just need a certain size, it can be hard to find the option and if I do, the size I need. Very frustrating sometimes. That being said, I do love this store and everything they carry! We get seasonal clothes, sandals and other shoes, and holiday accessories like Easter baskets from here! Glad to have them because there aren't too many children's boutiques around town! Very...
Read moreExact same situation as what Brooke Sapp posted in her review. I was so impressed with this cute store and bought several items for my daughter of which one of the items was small for the size I bought. I purchased it Saturday, July 9 and returned it Monday, July 11 (within one business day) with tags still on the items with my original receipt not asking for a refund but simply exchange for a size that fit and they wouldn’t accept an exchange or store credit because it was a sale item. I specifically told the cashier that I apologize, but no one told me that when I bought the item on Saturday nor was the clear signage anywhere that specified no returns of sale items, and I was simply looking to exchange for a size up. The cashier was very understanding and said that they're supposed to notify customers anytime anything is purchased that's final sale and apologized for the miscommunication. There was a tiny sign around the register under the glass (so it gets covered up by your items/the bag when you checkout) that said sale items are final and there was tiny fine print at the bottom of my receipt - which I received after the purchase of course. The other sales associate who worked to try and 'remedy' the situation returned back saying that all sales are final when they're at a discount and nothing could be done. Contrary to the apologetic original cashier who also mentioned that I was supposed to be told on Saturday when I purchased the item and was not told. Poor customer service - a shame that the two differed in how to resolve the situation and a shame that they don't post the final sale notice anywhere that is actually visible to the customers. Because of this, I will not be back as a customer. I think the most concerning part to me is that there is another review of the same story. A true shame that they aren't clearly posting signs or communicating that discount items are final sale. Had I been communicated too, I would've either purchased a size (or several) up from the beginning or not...
Read moreDo not recommend, especially if you are taking children or grandchildren in this “ children’s “ boutique. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful, but the owners are not business smart at ALL. When you have a customer paying full price and spending thousands each season on their grandchildren and your granddaughter has an accident with a 6.00 +tax and instead of losing them, you at least try to compromise. I am a business owner and we have children all the time through out our store and we are more understanding and respectful to our customers and especially the “little “ people they do grow up and eventually become customers, because they have a very good memory of the treatment. I will not deny my granddaughter made a mistake taking the price tag off, but it certainly could have been repaired. I hope the 6.00+tax helped them more than I will miss it, once again it’s not the employees they...
