I was very disappointed in our dining experience. The food was good, as always, the environment was not. They removed the condiment stands so you have to go to the counter to get napkins, spoons, forks, straws, etc. They don't even have salt and pepper on the tables. I have 3 smaller children and I had to make 3 trips for napkins, they only gave out 3-4 at a time. I tried to go to the website to lodge a complaint, but the receipt was printed crooked and wrinkled and could not be read. I went to the corporate website, and could not get past step 8 (out of 13) to make a report, I guess they didn't plan on persistence. They also do not have any email addresses for customer service, only a number with a ridiculous wait time. We do not plan on returning to Chick-fil-A at this time. The young “white girl” who described herself as the manager took no time to listen nor respond in a Customer Service manner. Rude, uncaring, stereotypical as to addressing concern of what Chick-fil-A considers me a life time customer to the tune maybe $20,000 - $30,000. Read moreI placed my order on the website and clicked I was at the restaurant like I always do and walked across the parking lot to get there. When I arrive my food isn’t there even though they notified me and said it was. I talk to the manager on duty I suppose and told him what’s going on. He proceeds to degrade me and tell me that I shouldn’t have hit the I’m here button before I got there. I could wait till I get there to hit the button but I like to get there and come back not wait for it. He then tells me he’s already made it and it’s been picked up even after I tell him I just got there and I didn’t get it.
