horrible staff and management, as they refused to fix my dust cover when ripped after their employees enter my home without me being present. i was pregnant when my folks purchased their furniture, and in their policy as said by the manager. their company is not suppose to touch anything that doesn't belong to their company. the bed that I bought before my folks purchase the furniture was $800 brand new. They told me they can't fix it and it's been a year, after calling and going into the store every month after the incident. the owner refuse to talk to me as I wanted to address my concern about it taking so long to get fixed, and the manager said that I couldn't talk to him. I'm a full time student and work a full time job, and still manage to find time to call and check to see what they can do to fix my dust cover. all I got in return was laughed at and disrespected by multiple employees, the manager fired one employee who delivered my furniture and told me he took care of it. when I saw that same employee at Safeway with his family, he looked at my husband and I like it was our fault he got fired. the other employee who was responsible still had his job.My home was disrespected, my parents are veterans and I feel like they got ripped off when buying my furniture. I recommend to everyone to not buy furniture from Aarons, because you wont be a satisfied customer. when you own a business, it's about money and customer satisfaction. this business rather damage and ignore, than try to be civil and fix their mistake. they see it's OK for their employees to damage an item in their customer's home and not own up to their wrong. I never in my life see an owner and his team treat people the way this company treated my family. the owner Jim and the manager Brandon need to work on their interpersonal skills, and customer service. their employees need to read over their policies handbook to refresh their memory, as they forgot how to do their job properly. it wasn't even about getting money or a discount, just my dust cover being fixed because I just bought a bed from buddy's. Buddy's has way better customer service than Aarons, they admit to their accident and fix it. leaving the customer satisfied, which I think Aarons can learn a lot from their customer service. As they are a good example of executing excellent customer service, they don't ignore customers who have concerns. The manager went out of his way to call my folks to stress them out about this situation, he had no right as a manager. They don't live in this state and they weren't involved, Brandon patching had no right to call my parents complaining about me, because his corporate told him to no longer worry about replacing my dust cover. very...

Read moreI never, ever leave reviews because I’ve worked in customer service and I try to be patient and understanding. However, I had fallen behind on payments because of some personal issues, spoke with the new manager about lowering the payment amount, she was supposed to call back and never did. Called the store again, they said she was out sick and they wanted 2 months of payments just to lower the amount. On top of that, they call every other day (I got 5 calls just within this last week). I even got a call at 9 am before the store even opened and I just spoke with an associate the afternoon prior that I’d give a call back the next day during business hours. The time between the 2 phone calls was 18 hours…. That’s extremely excessive. I know I owe, but being called every other day, after I have went into FULL detail about my financial hardships and them offering to lower the payment after I pay for 2 months, is crazy work.
