BeYOUtiful Boutique — Local services in Chehalis

Overall a little dissatisfied. The clothes are cute and at a pretty standard price for a boutique like this, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I was told there was a certain sale, and I even double checked with one of the ladies working there that I got it correct. But when I went to check out, the lady who I assume is the manager or owner not only corrected me, but said something along the lines of “how could you even think a sale like that is happening, it’s not possible,” and was overall just condescending and made me feel stupid over what could have been a simple and maybe even funny misunderstanding. I decided to leave and not buy anything, because I felt very embarrassed and talked down to. She then again said something along the lines of “oh, okay, I didn’t expect that.” It was overall just a very awkward experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. Incredible clothes here incredible customer service The owners did a great job remodeling and every time I step inside there the smell is intoxicating.. I love it there. I get my devil dog pants there and very fancy shoes and I will definitely return to get more of their fancy clothes they fit really good And I'm excited for all their new arrivals to come in.
