My machine was returned to me NOT clean, at all— and still not running, after a week— 8 days. I sew for a living, and not having a machine for a week + and then not even getting a working one back is costing me a lot of money— on top of the service fee. When I picked up my machine, I was charged for a cleaning and service and received condescending feedback, claiming there’s nothing wrong with the machine and that it was cleaned.

Make sure you check your machine at pickup, before paying. I wouldn’t recommend...
