Bought some diamond cluster earrings. 2 diamonds fell out in the same place on each earrings after simply trying them on the same day. Owner said he would replace them for a small fee & when I went to pick them up, he put some cloudy diamonds in there and said he didn’t have the ones to match. I left him my contact number on the receipt so he could’ve called to communicate this but he tried to pull a fast one.
