I went in today around 7:00pm. As I’m telling the lady what’s wrong with my phone she’s constantly talking over me and trying to tell me whats wrong with my phone, as if I didn’t already know what was wrong with it. Then, she starts talking with her coworker as she’s talking with me. Her coworker took all her attention, then she took my phone and phone number and told me she was going to call me once it’s done. At this point I knew she was trying to ignore me. Then continued talking with her coworker. I then proceeded and asked her if I can come in an hour to pick up my phone and she said in an hour I can come back. An hour goes by and I go to the shop and the shop is closed. I didn’t get a warning that they were closing at 7:30pm, she never gave me a call to let me know to come in tomorrow morning to pick it up. Overall very unprofessional and horrible...

I made an account just to write a review about this store. Amazing service very honest and professional. This morning brought my iPhone 12 in it wouldn’t charge assuming the worst bad battery and or charging port told her just fix it I really need my phone. She cleans the port which she said was very dirty my phone chargers turns on and that was it. She didn’t even charge me for it even when I offered to pay any of type of service fee just out of appreciation. I appreciate the honesty and telling me what was wrong and for not charging me.
