The atmosphere is nice but the service is rude. Our cookie wasn’t warm. They seemed to be trying to upsell us the entire time and asking us to order more food. Charge an entry fee. They said we couldn’t stay after an x hour. Cookie wasn’t also pretty mediocre - I’ve had better cookies for $1-2 from the grocery store. Didn’t bring us the bill and did t feel welcome here and they seemed to be in a rush to get us out. Loved the fancy atmosphere though, prices reflect the atmosphere not food quality. Went to another coffee place that closed at 4 which was a lot more friendly of a vibe and laid back and had parking called common ground roasters which I recommend for a more casual atmosphere. I think this is a new buisiness that’s trying to survive and I respect the owners hustle and I imagine rents and costs are high. Best of luck with the buisiness but multiple people have reviewed the service quality and the owner needs to not instate a table minimum or door fee if people aren’t welcome in a cafe. I’ve never felt this way in a cafe before where vibes are supposed to be chill and low key.
No parking either - all street side also.
There is no order minimum at a restaurant and we hadn’t finished our food and they were telling us the time we already had to leave!
Again nice atmosphere and clean though which I liked. If you want the nice and fancy place...
Read moreReally cute coffee bar. My son and I were leaving the area on a rainy Thursday morning, and just wanted a little something for breakfast for the ride home. We figured we'd quickly grab a hot beverage and a muffin. Well! They had pancakes on the menu, so we decided to dine-in. I'm so happy we did 😊
The pancakes are gluten-free (not my request; per the menu) and delicious! I admit to being skeptical, but i was pleasantly surprised. I also had a delicious hot London Fog. This is an Earl Grey tea with vanilla, lavender and milk. I highly recommend giving this breakfast a try.
My son ate the avocado salmon toast on site, and then ordered a breakfast burrito to go (we had a long ride home). He also enjoyed a frozen coffee.
We were fortunate to find street parking right in front of the cafe, but I cannot remember whether we had to pay. Parking is limited.
Bathrooms are fine. The person taking orders and manning the counter was...
Read moreThe place is super cute we were excited to find a brunch spot nearby. Before we sat down we asked if they served a couple things and we were excited to hear that they did. We were seated and after a few moments we placed our order.
That took about 30 min to be made. Came out cold, There were people coming in waving being served before us while we waited. We were not offered water, or anything. No one came by our table to inform us of what was happening.. our waiter just disappeared. The food came and the mimosa took another 15 -20min after that to come out. We were done with our food by then. Waitresses took care of everyone that was there and it was as though we weren’t there. They were quick to get our check and stay for the card.
Others would probably say they had great service trust me we saw it but that was not...
