I really like to shop at this store. However, today an sale associate name John was so rude when checked out for me. I bought a jacket and pay with my express credit card (Joseph checked out for me, $99 which means %50 off), after a moment walking around the mall, I came back to buy another one. This time, John checked out for me, he didnt ask my membership and charged me as regular customer($139 for the jacket which only %30 off). I asked him I just got it with $99 and show my previous receipt. He just answered me you dont have reward that is why!!! I checked shopping online, I still got it with $99. I came and talk to Joseph. He helps me to explain and return the money. I never yell at anybody at this store. About John, he knew what was the problem, he just ignored me and dont even look or say sorry. It was very RUDE!!! The staff here at cherry hill were so rude ! Not sure if they weren’t making their numbers or what but that’s no excuse! Literally stood at the dressing room no one greeted me just opened the door and left ( 7/21/19 ) around 3pm . No one in the store asked me for help ; went in and out the dressing room 3X exchanging for size. Read moreThe manager of this place was EXTREMELY rude. I bought a suit after one of the associates insisted that I buy the smaller size. I wore the suit to work once and felt as if it was going to rip whenever I sat down. I returned to the store and explained my situation and the manager got an attitude with me over the tag being taken off the suit. I had the receipt, I had the tag, the suit was brand new and was not damaged. I understand that the tag was supposed to stay on the suit but she spoke to me like I was an idiot.
