We sat at the bar this time, so we have different bartenders assists us from drinks to bring our food. Our drinks was nice the first round and then second round was not as good. The food was good. There is one bald head bartender who is always looking serious and I never see him smile. He is doing his job just seem not a people person but it is weird that he is a bartender. Unless he has a bad day or he lacks social skills and is not a friendly person. Update 4/26/2025 OMG! The same bald headed bartender was there, there were three bartenders working tonight. He came and brought us a menu. We wanted to give him our drinks order then he said something like I'll be right back or I will be with you in a minute. He didn't come back so we got a brunette female bartender's attention and put in our drink order. She also lacks personality and normal bartenders with good vibes. Lack of smile and friendliness as anyone would expect from any bartenders. I dread seeing the bald guy since he consistently lacks social skills and never smiles when my friend and I would get waited on by him at happy hours or whenever we get him during regular dinner. I always wonder if he has bad teeth that's why he doesn't smile or he doesn't enjoy being a bartender or he's just not a friendly guy. He does his job as far as making drinks, taking food orders and bringing your check. I never see this man smile. Then surprise later when we were finished with our meal I saw him actually smiling with an elderly couple for a brief moment so I quickly told my husband he does smile but I guess he reserved his smile for certain people. The female bartender also lacks personality and social skills. She doesn't smile either, it doesn't cost any money to smile especially when you are working in a service industry. She was rude when my husband asked for a check mind you they were not busy especially for a Saturday night. There were three bartenders. The only one that was friendly was a young brunette male who did not have any names tag. Unfortunately he didn't take our orders. I asked him for two glasses of water. The female bartender did her job and got rude at the end when my husband asked her for a check and instead of her telling him that his check is already in a glass she just pointed to the glass and walked away not taking his credit card to WASH dirty glasses, I mean that's how not busy the bar is. He raised his credit card to get her attention to get the check and his credit card. Again they were not busy at all with customers at this point of time. My husband rarely gets upset about anything. He loves to eat and drink and is friendly with all service staff and would always leave a huge tip. But these two bartenders lack personality and friendliness as a bartender he doesn't want to go back there again. It leaves him with a bad taste from the experience of the bartenders. I think the bald guy is Victor and Kentz aka brunette female bartender. They need to bring their smile and good vibes to the bar if they are working. Good food is one thing but if the service is not good that also leaves customers with bad feelings especially when they...
Read moreFirst, I would like to begin with saying wow wow wow God is so good, because not only did this meet my “expectation” or my decision making in the process of confusion to try to find the “perfect” place to celebrate my special friends 30th birthday, but it was BEYOND exceeded. I normally never take the time to write reviews or have had as excellent experience as I had last night here at Seasons 52, but this one seriously deserves it. Starting from the reservation process. Making reservations the day before online was so convenient, the availability was amazing and the time slots. Better yet the night of, my friends and I happened to be running way past our reservation time so we knew about an hour before or less and decided to give them a call to just keep them updated and see what we’d have to do, etc.. Willow was very helpful letting us know that we could still come in no late reservation would be a problem. We called back again because I got my friend an ice cream cake and asked if they could freeze it upon arrival he was very open and helpful with that as well via phone. Upon arrival the other gentlemen greeted us very welcoming, he already knew the party reservation and easily taken the cake from me to take back to freeze until ready. He sat us down at a front round table and it was amazing the view from when we walked in, to where we sat, and we just had such an amazing time, with joy love and laughter in eachother’s presence but even the setting made it so comfortable to just talk and laugh out loud. Others around us were also enjoying themselves. Our waiter Kylee was AMAZING! From greeting us, to asking whose birthday was being celebrated and wishing her a happy birthday to bringing complimentary champagne for each of us, and just giving her suggestions on food, allowing us to test taste certain wines asked about, and just even letting us know the sizing and servings, to answering all of our questions. She was super sweet, kind and her customer service was one of the best I’ve yet to see. She deserves a recognition in her workplace. She checked on us throughout the night, and just always on point with everything. She later brought out the cake for us, she took pictures of us at the end and did not rush us even though we were there past closing time. I could really go on about her, and the place itself it was just so fulfilling, each of us enjoyed ourselves, we enjoyed how cleanliness was throughout the entire place, the fireplace was beautiful, the bathrooms were clean, even another worker offered to help us and took a few pictures at the end. Everyone commented our fine dining attire, it was just perfect so thank you seasons 52 and God for presenting us with the right place. We will be back!! Oh I forgot to mention the food was delicious, good portions, everything cooked as requested, nice and hot filling and the chicken pesto flatbread was...
Read moreFrom the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the service was nothing short of phenomenal. We were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone for the evening. The hostess was incredibly welcoming, offering to take our coats and leading us to our table with such grace and professionalism that we felt like honored guests. Within seconds of being seated, our server arrived—not just to take our drink orders, but to introduce herself, give a rundown of the evening’s specials, and ask about any dietary restrictions or preferences. What truly set the experience apart was the level of attentiveness without intrusion—our glasses were never empty, plates were cleared with impeccable timing, and every request, no matter how small, was met with a cheerful, “Of course!” or “Absolutely, I’ll take care of that right away.” It was clear the staff not only cared deeply about the food and the dining experience but also genuinely loved what they do. At one point, the manager even stopped by to check in on us—not in a rushed or obligatory way, but with sincere interest and conversation that felt personal, not perfunctory. The pace of the meal was perfect, with each course arriving at just the right time, and our server anticipated needs before we could even voice them—offering extra napkins, checking if we needed more bread, and even customizing a dessert when we mentioned a favorite flavor. It's rare to encounter such a flawless blend of professionalism, warmth, and intuition in service, and it truly elevated the entire meal. This wasn't just good service; this was world-class hospitality that made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely valued. We left feeling like VIPs and couldn’t stop raving about how incredible the staff was. If you're looking for an experience where the service makes the night unforgettable, this is the place to go. In the realm of forks and wine glass gleam, There rules a king—or so it seems. Not of thrones, but of tabletop grace, With a notepad scepter and a smiling face.
