First, I would like to begin with saying wow wow wow God is so good, because not only did this meet my “expectation” or my decision making in the process of confusion to try to find the “perfect” place to celebrate my special friends 30th birthday, but it was BEYOND exceeded. I normally never take the time to write reviews or have had as excellent experience as I had last night here at Seasons 52, but this one seriously deserves it. Starting from the reservation process. Making reservations the day before online was so convenient, the availability was amazing and the time slots. Better yet the night of, my friends and I happened to be running way past our reservation time so we knew about an hour before or less and decided to give them a call to just keep them updated and see what we’d have to do, etc.. Willow was very helpful letting us know that we could still come in no late reservation would be a problem. We called back again because I got my friend an ice cream cake and asked if they could freeze it upon arrival he was very open and helpful with that as well via phone. Upon arrival the other gentlemen greeted us very welcoming, he already knew the party reservation and easily taken the cake from me to take back to freeze until ready. He sat us down at a front round table and it was amazing the view from when we walked in, to where we sat, and we just had such an amazing time, with joy love and laughter in eachother’s presence but even the setting made it so comfortable to just talk and laugh out loud. Others around us were also enjoying themselves. Our waiter Kylee was AMAZING! From greeting us, to asking whose birthday was being celebrated and wishing her a happy birthday to bringing complimentary champagne for each of us, and just giving her suggestions on food, allowing us to test taste certain wines asked about, and just even letting us know the sizing and servings, to answering all of our questions. She was super sweet, kind and her customer service was one of the best I’ve yet to see. She deserves a recognition in her workplace. She checked on us throughout the night, and just always on point with everything. She later brought out the cake for us, she took pictures of us at the end and did not rush us even though we were there past closing time. I could really go on about her, and the place itself it was just so fulfilling, each of us enjoyed ourselves, we enjoyed how cleanliness was throughout the entire place, the fireplace was beautiful, the bathrooms were clean, even another worker offered to help us and took a few pictures at the end. Everyone commented our fine dining attire, it was just perfect so thank you seasons 52 and God for presenting us with the right place. We will be back!! Oh I forgot to mention the food was delicious, good portions, everything cooked as requested, nice and hot filling and the chicken pesto flatbread was our favorite!!

We have been dining at this Seasons 52 since the 2nd week we opened. The food and service is always great. We enjoy the seasonal menu changes. *** post COVID-19 Lockdown update *** I subtracted one star for this update. Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill is always a decent dining experience. However, even before the COVID-19 Lockdown, various corners were being cut and now it is even more apparent. On this, our 2nd outdoor dining experience (post Lockdown) at this establishment, the food was OK, but not the great experience it once was. My steak was OK and not chewy. I consider the steaks at Redstone American Grill in Marlton to have a better tasting steak with some excellent flavor. The mini deserts were even off. They looked the same and with all the familiar names, but the taste was very blah, as if they were procuring them from a different bakery. The outdoor dining experience was very good, as long as you don’t sit where we did on this occasion (to the side of the restaurant entrance where everyone was queuing up for seating; it was very noisy. Give Seasons 52 a try, but skip, the desert and ask for a good table. *** post COVID-19 Lockdown update #2 (New Year's Eve) *** I added one star back to my rating. Our NY Eve celebration was perfect. We dined in! The menu items, though not plentiful (no poultry), were excellent. My wife and the couple that we dined with were very satisfied. As always, we appreciate that everything was fresh, including the appetizers and deserts. Our server was wonderful, she went along with our joyous time and joking with each other. She was great! It was a very good way to kiss this disastrous year good bye! Thanks again, Seasons 52, for being there and making it through this terrible year and still managing to give us a great dining experience.

Our little celebration of my mom's 86th birthday turned into such a lovely evening at Seasons 52! Our reservation was kept for us as an accident caused us to be about 15 minutes late. Shortly after being seated the manager brought delicious amuse bouche for us as a special treat and our waitress arrived with complimentary champagne! The menu was amazing and among the 5 of us we enjoyed asparagus soup, lobster bisque, ahi tuna tartar and one of the many Flatbread choices to start the meal off. Three of us chose a cedar plank roasted salmon entree and two chose the caramelized sea scallops. Everything was wonderful and served on very hot plates which kept our food warm while we ate! The little dessert choices were amazing and a fantastic small size so anyone would have room left to eat it! Additionally, they easily accommodated one of our party in a wheelchair with just a mention when I made our reservation. I recommend you try to find a slower service time if anyone in your group is hard of hearing. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday night and by 6:30 the restaurant was very busy and quite loud. We left around 7:30 having had an amazing time! Thank you!

This place is great. The hostess up front was absolutely lovely- a great way to start the visit (the hostess has such an important role- so underrated!) The food is fresh, a seasonal menu, so there is always something new, and a large wine selection- they even have Caymus by the glass! I had the crab cake app, which was worth all $15 (very reasonably priced for the crab- filler ratio- nearly all crab! A+). The presentation could definitely use an overhaul- something so delicious was plated pretty flat (see pics). Also had the tuna tartar- fresh and beautifully plated. I know what some of you may be thinking- "who cares how it's plated if it was delicious?!!" Well, it is all part of a dining experience, and Seasons 52 usually delivers on that aspect- so I was surprised at the uneventful, empty showing. So much so that when delivered, I had second thoughts about my choice. Truffled Risotto was creamy and flavorful- delivered in a mini cast iron pan. The bartender was solo- service bar, and a busy bar- he did a good job for being solo, but they definitely could have benefited from another person.

The moment I walked in they greeted me and the host immediately cut me off to pick up the phone which is understandable but it was pretty rude so then I had to check in with another hosts. I had a reservation for 6:15 and we had to wait for a table which is okay but when our guest arrived late they had a smart remark for her at the door which I did not appreciate at all. Nothing spectacular about the service and took his time getting back to our table, we had to keep asking for things. The food was okay I got the rainbow trout entree. Wouldn’t really order that again but my friends shrimp and grits were really good the grits were a little too thick for my liking but I’d definitely recommend that. I also ordered the brussels sprouts and that was also pretty good. The ambiance was dark/dim and I noticed some people had to use flash to see the menus. I ordered the pineapple cosmo and it was very good as well overall it’s a nice place but I don’t think id visit again unless I sit at the bar.

Went on Christmas eve, so maybe they didn't have their best crew on, but the waitress was not very good at all. She wasn't warm or friendly at all. She didn't come back more than once to check on us and we had to wait a while for the check. I asked her about the rotating craft beer selection (menu said ask server) and she had no idea and didn't seem to want to find out for me - so I got an Old Fashioned (which was good). My meal (cedar plank salmon) and the appetizers (a chicken pesto flatbread and Korean steak skewers) were very good, but my son's steak was way overdone, my other son's chicken fingers were on the drier side and my wife's scallops and risotto were just ok. The sides were nothing special at all. Portions aren't huge, but I guess that's the point - though price isn't bad for what you get. Basically, it's healthier food than you'd get at most restaurant chains, but it isn't anything that will impress you or that you couldn't make at home.
