Banner's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Chesapeake

It has been years since I last visited and shopped at a Hallmark store; I encountered this establishment when in Chesapeake after a day of shopping. The business was exceptionally clean and well-organized, featuring remarkable sales and, more importantly, outstanding customer service. I respect this and offer it to local communities through my companies, and I am pleased to see that this site has received five stars plus. I would like to extend my congratulations to Ava on her new role at this location; she exhibited exceptional politeness and patience. Thank you, Debbie, for your exceptional performance and excellent communication; you provided valuable information regarding the rewards program. I anticipate promoting this establishment and its exceptional five-star service. We went here in February, my grandmother and I. They ladies at the cash registers were very friendly and kind to each of us. I love Hallmark stores. I think the prices are a bit expensive for some of the items but they are good quality items in here. They have block sayings, figurines, ornaments, greeting cards, wedding decor/themed gifts, teacher gift, toys, baby gifts, books, gift cards, chocolates, candies, etc. They had a clearance section as well. The store was clean. We found a few things. Plenty of parking outside...

I love this Hallmark Shop so much! They are always so friendly and helpful from the time I walk in until I leave. I’m a Crown Rewards member, so I have to go at least every month to get my free card (although I’ve never left with just that…they know what’s up, haha). There is another Hallmark store closer to me, but I drive farther to go to this one because my local shop is not nearly as friendly (and that is putting it charitably). Thanks for always...
