DO NOT PURCHASE from here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a costume for my child the day before Halloween. When she went to put it on right before it was time to trick or treat we realized the box that holds the batteries and the fan that blows the costume up had been removed from the package. It was unwearable, but too late to return before time to trick or treat. Many tears later, my child wore her costume from the previous year. I took it back after Halloween and they said the only thing they could do was give me the parts that were missing from the bag. This costume won’t fit my child next year and I’ve now thrown away $42. I asked if they make it known that there are no refunds and they said there is a sign posted at the register and it’s printed on the receipt. However, I never made it to the register…an employee came to me in line with a handheld credit card machine and took my payment. She also did not provide me with a paper receipt. She sent a text message receipt which DID NOT say no refunds…I would have known to check the costume earlier if I was aware of that. I was looking for a backpack and I found myself in this Coastal Edge. I walked in and nobody greeted me. I found a book bag and it was priced at 4.99. I am not expecting it to be that price even if it was a mistake on their end, but I’m expecting it to be priced like the other backpacks of its brand.The other bags were priced at 49.99. I get to the register and all the employees are outside. When they finally got to me, she asked if anyone helped me. One employee did ask if I was doing okay eventually but after that was after I roamed the store and found what I needed. When I finally get to the register the backpack was typed in by skew number priced at 74.99. I get it anyway but the employee gave me my backpack without a bag. I know it’s a backpack and it easier to just put it on your back, but I already had a backpack on… I wanted it in a bag. Overall it wasn’t a good...

Absolutely shameful. All the costumes are k-mart quality just sized up for adults. If you want a real authentic costume you can actually wear to a party or contest I definitely would not shop here. No refund policy even if you come right back in before Making it to your car because you have the wrong size for your kid, and they don't have anything in the size you need your still forced to pay for and keep the unwanted, unneeded, Unwearable. unused, and unopened costume that is ridiculously overpriced. 55.00 for something I can get on Amazon for 19.99 . Just an absolute rip off scam and predatory business. DO NOT GO THERE.. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE GAS MONEY AND TIME.. p.s.
