I kept trying to pinch everyone in case it was a dream I was experiencing but I’ve been wrong before. I was greeted by Shamar within 30 seconds of arrival so I didn’t give him too much trouble, even though that’s a little longer than I like to wait when I walk into a car dealership. I’m not sure he was expecting to deal with this hot mess, but he was definitely well equipped despite it being his first week with Priority. His patience paid off because I became his first sale and I’m hoping while I write this review that you guys cut his tie off today, but I’m kind of thinking he didn’t roll into work with a tie Because that stuff can be expensive hehe. That said, I pretty much drained all of his hours out of his day with lots of test drives bad jokes and a couple of good ones. I’m kidding they were all bad jokes. One of my favorite things about this sales expert is the honesty and care he led with. There were plenty of opportunities for him to use strong arm sales tactics to push me into a car. He realized that I had my heart set on one yet he didn’t feel super comfortable on some of the issues we saw with the used vehicle I was looking at. I know when you hear issues you think of problems but the short answer is I bought a Civic SI and it had aftermarket performance parts on it, which doesn’t mess with some of the factory safety features like crash collision and all that fun stuff but that’s the price you pay when you want to be loaded to the ground with all the bugs and rocks. Speaking of rocks, this car is an absolute dream and where we sometimes don’t want our dashes to kind of light up like that. It’s kind of like Christmas for me. The car is beautiful. I can tell whoever owned it before definitely took care of it, but might’ve been a little over their head when it came back to putting all that safety stuff back in place that the modern cars have. Cars didn’t always have all that fancy stuff and he used to have to roll the windows up by hand. If some of you are scratching your head to that comment then well it’s on the Internet somewhere you know that thing that you’re holding your hand? Look at me getting side tracked. I’ve dealt with Priority dealerships my past few purchases and I gotta tell you it’s worth whatever extra you might be paying going to these larger dealerships. Look at it this way, the larger, the housing, the large the heart. I’ve never had a phone call the day after our purchase just to check in on me and I really appreciated that today. I’m confident that I will be very happy with this purchase beyond a couple of little things that I can look past. I honestly could care less about all the extra safety features because sometimes all of those dings and automatic driving can be risky. It’s not like I’m driving without enough sleep or under the influence so I just drive carefully. I think I had more fun writing this than anything, but the important Takeaway is you would be very well taken care of at this dealership. In fact, you should go see Shamar. If you go see him today, he’ll be the guy missing half of his tie hehe. The only thing that I wish I could change about the sale is keeping that bow because this is the first time I had a bow on a car. Anyhow, I did get To Important part, which was the car and the cute girl at my arm along with the memories I had from a pretty fun buyers experience. Why are you still reading this? You could be buying a car right now so get off your butt and get down to...

Changing my review because after purchasing my vehicle I believe the level of caring has significantly diminished.

I purchased a used 2021 Nissan Kicks on November 1, 2024; by the middle of the month the key fob and manual controls weren’t working for the driver’s side door. I couldn’t get an appointment for service until 29 November, but that was still within 30 days of purchasing the vehicle. The diagnostic was $180, which I think is ridiculous, but then I was quoted a $575-$580 repair. I’m like whoa, I just took this off your lot. I call the sales rep I purchased the vehicle with to discuss and he says he’ll get back with me. He never did. I sent emails & texts. I did tell service that regardless, this needed to be fixed and was assured the part would be ordered. About four days later (which was the day after I was told the vehicle would be done), I called to check the status of my vehicle…to which service told me that neither I nor the sales rep had told her anything. I had to remind her that as per our last conversation, I said regardless it needed to be fixed…now the story changed to the part being delaying. My vehicle was there for a week and I was graceful that I had an alternate vehicle I could use to get to and from work without having to rent and spend more money. Now, I’m hearing a rubbing sound when I make left turns. Sounds like another costly repair that I will not be taking to Priority Honda for service because although they did waive the diagnostic fee for the door, I didn’t get the impression that was standard practice. I had to ask for it and even though the service rep said yes she could do that, when I went to pay my bill they hadn’t actually waived it. Again, I had to remind them of the conversation.

With all that being said, I’ll end by saying I specifically didn’t do a private vehicle purchase, because I thought going through a reputable dealer would ensure I got a quality vehicle that wouldn’t immediately cost me so much in repairs. I went through Priority Honda because I had some previous experience with one of the branches a few years ago and it was great…the car was great. The difference then, I think is, they were still family owned and possibly cared a lot more about what they were putting out and the customer.

When I’m in the market again, I won’t be going...

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your dealership. My intention was to have a transmission flush performed on my 2011 Honda Civic. The initial quote I received from a service representative over the phone was $329-$499. This quote seemed reasonable and I scheduled the service.

However, upon arrival at the dealership and interaction with a service advisor, the price inexplicably increased to a starting price of $389. The advisor was not familiar with my vehicle details at the time. This initial discrepancy was concerning, but I proceeded with the service as the price was still within the original range provided.

After completing the work, I was presented with a digital invoice for $329.50 – precisely matching the lower end of the initial phone quote. I digitally signed this invoice and declined additional recommended services totaling approximately $2200. Upon vehicle pickup, however, the service advisor attempted to charge me $389, contradicting the digitally signed invoice.

His reaction to my pointing out this significant price discrepancy was unprofessional and combative. He repeatedly insisted that I had agreed to the higher price, refusing to acknowledge the digital invoice I had already signed. Only after I demanded to speak with a manager did he reluctantly offer a $60 discount.

This entire experience was deeply unsettling. The inconsistent pricing, the aggressive push for additional unnecessary services, and the combative attitude of the service advisor were unacceptable. I believe this pattern of overcharging could potentially target vulnerable customers, such as senior citizens, who might not notice or challenge the discrepancies. The $60 “discount” is hardly consolation for the stress and inconvenience caused.

My request is simple: I expect to be charged the amount reflected on the digitally signed invoice—$329.50. I have a screenshot of this invoice as proof. I believe a reputable dealership should uphold consistent pricing and treat its customers with respect and transparency. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in your dealership, and I will not be returning for future services. I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and...
