Office people are extraordinarily rude and NEVER wanting to do their jobs. My partner tried calling multiple times. During their business hours (1pm-5pm), half of the time he called a robot answered saying “call back during our business hours of 1-5pm”. Even though he quite literally called during then. On top of that, when they did get back to him, it was AFTER their business hours. Be so for real right now… Then when he went in there to speak to the people he was trying to get ahold of this whole time. They were chatting, one was doing her make up and acted bothered that he showed up. The women in the office proceeded to consistently cut him off as he was trying to speak about what he needed help with, and repetitively said “oH tHe SyStEm iS DoWn, ThE sYsTeM iS dOwN.” They didn’t even let him finish speaking. Just automatically told him they couldn’t help him. They also told him his papers from the military “weren’t safe” and refused to help him any further. The women told him to try again in a few days.
