Ordered a Mini Chocolate shake and mini Oreo blast at drive thru. When I got up to the window I asked if I could up the size from a Mini on the Oreo blast to a small. The girl at the window asked did you want cookie or Oreo s as me I said Oreo which I did not understand why she had asked. She then handed me a Blast with Cookies on top looked like cookie dough. I stated thatās not what I ordered I was just trying to upgrade the size on the Oreo blast I originally ordered. She then said could you pull up so I pulled up. Then about 5 minutes later a gentleman handed me my order. Then I looked at the mini Chocolate shake I ordered and it barely had any chocolate- if was like a vanilla shake. I then flagged down another gentleman and complained about the shake. A couple minutes later the original girl that took my order said this is how the shakes are made you only get one scoop of chocolate. She also stated she would not remake the shake for me because she had already remade blast for me earlier which was her mistake totally. At this point I was so frustrated I drove off and told her I will contact management š” I was not given a receipt but this happened on October 27th...

And that's all the good there was! Everything else stunk. We were ignored at the parking speaker for 5+ minutes (no one else at any of the others at 6:30 on a Friday night - I guess everyone else already knew), before we just went to the drive through. The young lady took our order with the absolute minimum words possible to take an order (we checked with Guinness. Not a record, but close). And once we got to the window, nothing. No words, just the passing of the food with a blank stare. I was overly nice, as I have a tendency to be when I'm faced with the awkwardness of astonishingly poor customer service. That's all you can do.
In other words, give us your money, here's your food, keep moving!

I almost always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my food, even if I am the only person there. Drinks are almost always water down, slushes barely have any syrup in them, food is always cold after I wait 15 minutes for it. And is rarely ever correct. Most of the milkshakes that my mother gets have a very soapy taste to them.
