Today's experience was the last straw and I will not be going back to this Starbucks location due to unsanitary food practices. The workers of this store are awful and deserve to get fired. I ordered a drink which had an OBVIOUS long hair secured in place underneath the lid. This was not mine (I have short black hair and this was a long blonde hair. The girl who made it was blonde). I returned to the store and very nicely asked the girl to remake the drink since there was a hair in it (I understand accidents happen). The girl that I spoke to looked at me dumbfounded, did not offer to willingly correct the situation, and even asked me if it was mine. I had picked it up only 5 minutes ago. She even told her coworker and they began snickering about it as I was in front of them....this shows an extreme lack of intelligence. To make matters worse, after she began remaking the new drink, she tried to reuse the same cup out of spite. As a customer, I had to tell an adult employee to use a new plastic cup instead of using an old cup that had been in contact with her dirty unwashed hair. You literally can't make this insane behavior up. If they are willing to do this in front of a customer, I don't even want to imagine what goes on here in private. This is disgusting. (note I blurred out my name in the pictures for privacy as I have lived in this town for the...
Read moreMy latte that’s supposed to have HALF a pump of caramel tastes like a caramel explosion went off in my cup. The label clearly didn’t print properly as it shows 5 pumps and doesn’t have “decaf” clearly printed either. I can’t risk drinking this, if it’s not actually decaf. And regardless, it tastes too sweet — not what was ordered. Change the ink cartridge in your printer for Pete’s sake!
I wish this was an isolated incident but this has happened so many times. I don’t get decaf when asking for it. They use almond milk when I ask for whole milk. Instead of half a pump or one pump of syrup there’s double the usual amount. If I had been picking this up for myself, I could have probably caught the issues but alas, I wasn’t the one in the drive through and here we are. I’m disappointed and unable to enjoy an expensive coffee that tastes like garbage.
At $6-8 per cup of coffee, why am I wasting my time and money here? Why is anyone?
In regards to the company response: how am I supposed to ask it to be remade when I’m not there and it’s a drive for me to even get back there? There’s a reason I didn’t go myself. And had you actually read the review, you’d realize someone else picked the order up for me. Aka I couldn’t ask for it to be fixed, yeah? Nice blanket response you gave.. Shows again that you don’t really care for what your customer...
Read moreI do not think I’ve ever met two people less suited for Customer Service than the Gabby and Steve at this store.
I asked for those popping bubble things in my child’s passion tea they barely put any so I drove around the drive-through a second time to ask them for more for his drink since there were about five in the cup I even showed them there weren’t any. Gabby said I had to go inside and if she does it they’ll fire her. And then, when I got in there she had a a bad attitude and avoided me. I asked for her name and Stephan said that they’re legally not allowed to tell people the other workers names. I pointed out they were all wearing name tags so that makes no sense. So then they charged me $2.78 for another scoop of bubbles for the drink I already ordered that barely had any. It’s odd because normally every Starbucks I go to the people are so nice except for this one where it seems like they are ok with gabby and stevens rude attitudes they really should not be working with customers. I worked at an ER for years so I understand how to work with customers. These people do not understand that. Terrible customer service. honesty I would rather drive to...
