Target — Local services in Chester

I visited this Target around 11:30pm one night looking for a specific wine, Pinot Grigio. I was having trouble finding it until one of the workers helped me (which is a positive in this case). However, I did spend a good amount of time looking for it. Knowing that alcohol could not be sold after midnight, I got into the shortest line available at 11:52. There was one customer ahead of me who was only purchasing a t-shirt and shoes (there was another line that had no one waiting but the cashier cut their light off when she saw me). The cashier finished the customer’s order in front of me at midnight and scanned my item at 12:01am. The P.O. System rejected the wine and the cashier asked for help. Assistance came and told me there was nothing they could do. They said that even though I was waiting to purchase the wine before midnight there was no accommodation that could be made. I found it very inconsiderate that no alternative solution was explored and that the workers completely shut down the idea of finding a solution in general. This location falsely accused my fiance and I of wanting to blow their heads off? I have no idea what the heck they are getting at. Needless to say Target itself as a corporation has lost our business for life. My daughter lost her tablet in their store and instead of being helpful they brushed us off, because it was closing time. I get they aren't responsible but on top of his they came up with an elaborate story that I threatened them and so did my fiance. Mind you, he carries his firearm for his job. They automatically discriminated against us because he works in the field that requires this. They are Liberal junkies and I will never shop at a store like this again. I am appalled. The manager isn't even woman or man enough to speak to me about this situation. Be warned! They will try to throw you in jail if they don't like you. God forbid you tried to do a return here, I can imagine what stories they will come...

The tall black manager guy is a jerk..(and I'm not racist, my husband of 19 yrs is black.) I left a $5 item in my cart and pushed it into the outside cart return...went back when i realized and an honest person didn't return to customer service, they kept it. The customer service was going to refund me which was a surprise but the manager came over and said "if no one brought it here then we can't do anything." Yes, I realize this was my fault and wasn't expecting a refund but I guess its how it happened. I went to the dollar store and got another for $1. Target is not a place that I "need" to go to..it's overpriced anyway. Call me petty but I won't be going back to this Target. Always check your basket thoroughly because you won't get any compassion, not from this manager anyway, and I hope it's not a $100 item you...
