If I could give this location a zero rating I would.I went to this location 2.21.2019 a young lady by the name of Antonina was absolutely racist.How does a company hire someone who isn't educated in the make-up industry? This location is in a diverse area.If you felt uncomfortable with matching a African American woman perhaps you should have asked another co-worker to assist me.How does someone get away with calling me colored? The older blonde hair lady that hangs out in the prestige makeup section won’t leave you alone. I was in on Saturday and I kept going between products because I’m a very indecisive person about products and she stood over me as I was reading the back of the bottles. I found what I was looking for and as I was browsing the false lashes she asked me 4 times within a few minutes if I’m “absolutely sure” I don’t need help. She asked me twice if I need a bag and asked twice if she could put my items at the front. I told her I was about to check out so no thanks I’ll carry it myself. I wasn’t stealing but felt like I was being watched like I was. I worked in retail for years and I know the little codes and ways they accuse you of stealing without saying it. I have been to Ulta for several of the same services, so now I feel experienced to leave a review. I have been seeing Savannah B for my eyebrows and she knocks it out of the park every time. I am EXTREMELY picky about my brows and she knows to keep them thick! She shapes and then confirms with you what she will wax before moving forward. She also educated me on what products to use to fill them in a bit and make them pop. She’s so fun and I always get compliments on my brows, glad I found her!
