Went to this location and purchased a pair of sweatpants. I lost my receipt and needed to exchange the item for one size larger. I brought the item in twice to have it returned. The first time I was told they can’t find the receipt without my debit card. After returning with my debit card they still told me they were unable to find my receipt. They told me I would need to ask my bank to have them send me a JCPenney receipt so I could complete my exchange (nonsensical). When I explained that my bank account wouldn’t have any ability to send me an itemized store receipt three different store associates patronized me for using Venmo and gaslit me and my girlfriend into thinking it was somehow our fault they couldn’t locate the receipt despite having the physical card with me like they said I needed, they were so rude that by the end of the exchange both of us were visibly shaking. Ultimately they located my receipt and I walked out of that store with the correct size pants but I’ve never had a group of customer service representatives go out of their way to make me feel less than for the bank I chose to use while shopping at their store, not to mention the mountain of ignorance they seemed to stand on.    Read moreMy wife purchased a king mattress set and paid by check. The night of the purchase the sales person took about 45 minutes to create the order. At that time the sales rep said she was having an issue with the box springs entry because you need to order 2 pieces for a king mattress. The next day the store calls and says that the order was made incorrectly because of the box spring issue and they needed my wife to drive back to the store so that the order could be reentered correctly. (At this point it needs to be said that we drive past a closer store to us because of poor customer service and cleanliness.) So upon arrival they needed to void the first transaction and reenter the order. They also wanted her to write a second check to pay for the order again. Why? you already have the first $1850 and now because of your mistake you want another $1850! So 1) now we must wait 20 days for you company to refund the money and send us a check, 2) at that point resubmit the order, 3) then wait an additional 3 to 4 weeks to have the mattress made. And you wonder why you have issues with declining sales? The product is good everything else...
   Read moreThey go a little too fast with pictures. They don't communicate well on what options there are as far as props and positions. If you aren't familiar with photography, it can be hard to communicate what kind of pictures you're looking for. That is the job of a photographer and the main reason people pay lots of money to get their pictures taken by a professional. When I asked what different positions and props there are, they really didn't know what to tell me and it felt like I was instructing them which made it a difficult process. Picking out prints was a task in itself. They move very quick when talking prices and packaging and it can be a little hard to keep up. Overall, the pictures turned out okay - but the whole experience and outcome of the pictures would have been better if they took more time and didn't make the process feel rushed. Working with infants can be hard, especially during these times....
