Out of all the Burlingtons in the area this location is the best overall. They keep an organized, clean, and friendly store. Its easy to find what you are looking for and you are never left hanging waiting minutes for assistance. Their cashout process is faster than ever and customer service is what comes first. I have noticed MARISSA both times I have went shopping here and I have to say she takes action and actually cares and it shows through her actions. Anywhere from the dressing room to handling issues with customers and makeing the checkout line move along fast. I really appresiate her help and will definately return because of her and the professioalism she has. On top of that their prices are fair and they are great about keeping their shelves stocked. Hours supposed to be until Midnight. Manager said on phone that he was shutting the doors at 11:45 due to being short staffed. I assumed he meant just not letting any extra people in at that point. I arrived and walked in at 11:35 he looks at his time and says I have 15 minutes. At 11:43 he comes by me to tell me 2 minutes left… I’m confused as I thought 11:35+ 15 minutes just meant I needed to be done at 11:50. At that point I just left. He’s not professional and didn’t even apologize. Let’s be honest it really wouldn’t have made a huge difference to let me finish up but he just wanted to leave early. Wife and I visited this Burlington to return some items we were gifted and purchased. We did not have a receipt but all items had the tags on. Items were all rejected for return immediately. Even though Burlington policy states items can be returned without receipt and lowest value will be given. We explained that to the rude representative and she stated she cannot do anything and wouldn’t even look at the items.
