Rally House Chesterfield Township — Local services in Chesterfield Township

I reviewed this place on Yelp. The owner responded. I am still not happy. How do I respond back to him? I purchased a Pistons Gator style mask for my son on February 1st 2021. Within a week the stitching was coming undone. Yes it was worn daily, but only hand washed at the end of the day. I called the store and was informed they don't handle mask returns at the location. I needed to take photos and email customer service. I did that. All they offered me for the faulty product was 25% off. I requested the manufacturer's phone number so I could call them Direct, they wouldn't give it to me. In my opinion the customer service was very poor. I will never shop here again. I feel their items are overpriced anyway. $44 for a Derrick Rose t-shirt I bought for my son for Christmas that's outrageous....

Brought my kids with me for some last minute gameday apparel and had the best experience at Rally House in Waterside!!!! Instantly welcomed in and struck up an amazing conversation with Sara!! She was so sweet and patient with my kids, even though they were a little wound up ( with it being gameday and all) and I was just so impressed by the wonderful customer service she was able to give at such a young age. It's so refreshing to see someone like Sara because it makes you think there's hope for our next generation. The Rally House in chesterfield is 10 times better than Rally house in Shelby Township. I frequent Rally House stores quite often. Last night, I stopped in for a new hat at this Chesterfield location. The associates at the store were NOT friendly. Upon walking into the store, I said "hello, how are you?" to the woman at the cash register. She looked at me and said nothing. Not even hello. A different woman cashed me out and made a point to be annoyed at my $100 bill stating, "we may not have change for this". She then proceeded to huff and puff while grabbing my change from a stack of 20s. In this day and age, retail associates should not be rude or annoyed by it's walk in customers. Especially when I came in politely and quickly made a purchase. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the store was clean and had a very nice selection of...
