My husband ordered a tux from MW for a wedding in Wyoming. We live in Kansas so we had to stop in Cheyenne to pick up the tux. When we got there the tux was completely wrong. Nothing fit correctly, which was most likely the fault of the MW he got measured at, but nonetheless it was still bad. The sales staff never apologized. They were able to order a new pair of pants, but they wouldn't be in for 2 more days (day of the wedding rehearsal, 3 hours away). LUCKILY someone from the wedding party was able to pick up the tux on their way through. To make a long story short, this MW did not treat the mistake as any of their fault. No one apologized, offered any discount or otherwise seemed helpful. They made it seem like we were an unconvinced to them instead of th other way around. Don't rent from them. First, they are too expensive. You could buy a suit (but do it some place else) for almost the price of rental. We rented a suit for a wedding and assumed after a Saturday night wedding we could bring it back early the next week. Nope. They didn't tell us it would be due the next day (Sunday) or there would be $20/day late fees. We picked it up weeks in advance. Why not allow 2 or 3 days to return it? And why not inform the customer? I'm sure it's in fine print somewhere, but not being forthcoming about it is terrible customer service. MW sent a friendly reminder text about turning in the rental to avoid late fees but the text did NOT say when the rental was due. We have another wedding in 3 weeks, and we won't...

I am a woman but I prefer men's formal styles and stopped into this store with my girlfriend to ask a few questions about tailorings. I explained I was attending a wedding in about a month and would probably need the sleeves of any jacket I might buy taken in. The single employee was rude, gave minimal answers, and seemed extremely disinterested in helping us. I do not know if he never encountered a woman interested in purchasing a suit jacket before but I felt very uncomfortable from how rude he was acting.
