Braden showed that good people do truly exist! I arrived with tears of sadness and left with tears of joy/relief. My ring was stolen from my fiancés truck and unfortunately insurance was a bust on coverage for jewelry. We checked into riddles to see if the base warranty covered theft, but the old warranty did not. Braden came up when I was in tears and we explained the circumstances. He left for a moment and then came back with a very gracious deal for my fiancé and I. We also signed up for the new warranty they provide which covers a lot more! My husband bought me a watch for Christmas from this store. We went down to have some links removed, were promptly helped. Unfortunately, the watch fell off in Sam's club after a link broke. My husband immediately went to look a little and asked the staff of Sam's Club to watch for it. He then called Joel at Riddle's explained what happened and asked if maybe we could get a discount if we bought another one. Joel said no problem, come on over. When we walked into the store Kaila brought a replacement watch sized perfectly. Talk about customer service!!! A few hours after we arrived home in wheatland, Sam's Club called and they had found my watch!!! It's worth the drive to be able to drive back to Cheyenne and return the lost watch to Riddle's. Joel took care of me with no pressure and a refined knowledge of the products and process to make it all happen! Though it wasn’t my first “rodeo” as they say, I had forgotten much of what I knew about diamonds. He was able to impart everything I needed to know without making me feel like a knucklehead.
