The Smoke Shop — Local services in Cheyenne

I really hate to have to write a negative review on here, however I am very disappointed in my latest and sadly what will be my last visit, purchase, and recommendation to this store. I recently purchased a Juul from this shop, the first day I used it I noticed it was not working the way it was supposed to, and this is in comparisons to my many friends that have one, which is what made me want one as well, I could have went to any other shop, convenient store, vape shop, etc. And bought the same thing, However I went the the smoke shop where I had recently always had good experiences with, unfortunately this time I try to take this Juul back, not to return simply to exchange and explain there is something wrong with it, it leaks, it tastes like it's burning with any cartridge, and doesn't work every time regardless of battery charge. The Smoke shop tells me "oh well it looks fine seems just fine, and the owner will tell you the same, she will not exchange it." I will mention again I only had this for one day and took it back on the second day to exchange it. I'm disappointed that I am now stuck with a defected purchase. I will not be visiting or recommending...

Went into the smoke shop for some disposable vapes on Friday November 5th. The lady behind the counter showed me some and told me that they were coming from the wear house without a charge, but you could charge them and they’d be fine and if they didn’t charge then you could bring them back. Went home and tried to charge them, but had no luck. Took them back on Saturday, November 6th and explained to the guy behind the counter the situation. He said my power brick was probably too strong and that he was unable to take them back due to Covid-19 rules. He said I’d have to buy another power brick or I was just out the money for the disposables. I didn’t think I had anything to lose with just having to charge the disposables or I could bring them back if they didn’t work, but now the smoke shop won’t honor what another of their employees told me. Stop selling faulty and cheap stuff, or at least honor a return on faulty stuff. Won’t do business with smoke shop...

I am a regular at this store. From the first time I went in, and every time after, the staff go out of their way to educate their customers on their products, and they take time to answer all of your questions. They are rarely out of products, and are great about ordering for you and getting in touch when your item comes in.

I only use a few specific products from here, but the owner makes sure all of the products are ethically sourced and local if at all possible to support our local economy and small businesses in Wyoming and Colorado.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for alternative health products and products for pain, alternatives to mainstream chemical medications, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoy every employee's attention and...
