1000000 stars!! I wanted to give a massive overwhelming thank you to our server Allison!! My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Denver and exploring the state and found ourselves close to Cheyenne and decided to eat at Texas roadhouse there. Our server Allison was above and beyond amazing. She was so friendly and warm and helpful!! My wife and I eat out pretty frequently and we both said she gave us the best service either one of us have ever had in our lives!! No small detail missed... she was on it and so much extra care and attention. The place was very busy too and close to closing time and she was still so amazing and upbeat and positive and helpful. Please please please thank her for us, she deserves praise and recognition for her dedication to making ours and I'm sure every customers visit top notch. Wife and I love love love her and want to steal her and keep her forever. Please thank her for us. Manager Jeremiah was also top notch!! He came to our table and asked how the food and service was during our meal, introduced himself and told us to grab him if we needed anything. We did end up taking him up on that offer but just to compliment our amazing server Allison. He was so happy and gracious and friendly and was excited about the feedback we gave him on Allison. He invited us to dine there again soon but we told him we were from Illinois honeymooning in Colorado and visiting Wyoming and he was so congratulatory and kind. Thank them both for us!! I wish we had that kind of service everywhere! Had to travel 1000+ miles to find the best service there is! Thank you all...

So we go to Texas Roadhouse quite often my son took us there for my daughter's birthday we were a party of 4 and got seated at a booth in the bar. We ordered drinks my 15 year old granddaughter asked my daughter for a piece of Mango out of her mango margaritas as she loves mango she did not drink any of her drink! Julia then came over to out table and very rudely said is she 21 do no give her drinks! I said she is not and not drinking and asked for a virgin strawberry margarita she rudely replied we don't make those here! After that the entire time we were there she kept walking by our table over and over giving us dirty looks! Then the table across from us left and Julia and Devin just stayed there watching us while we ate so unprofessional and RUDE! WE HAD INFORMED OUR SERVER IT WAS MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY AT BEGINNING OF DINNER BUT SHE FORGOT! SO ANOTHER GUY TOOK CARE OF SADDLE AND BIRTHDAY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WE ALL HAD STEAKS DRINKS TIP VERY WAY ALWAYS AND PAY ATTENTION I HAVE ALMOST1 MILLION FOLLOWERS ON THESE REVIEWS AND WE ARE OR WERE RETURN CUSTOMERS I COULD SEND YOU EVERY FAMILY MEMBER BIRTHDAY SINCE YOU OPENED! I am going to attach pictures to show you how long Julia and Devin sat at that table making us feel uncomfortable you will notice the picture has a fresh served steak with mushrooms and then after we ate and stacked all our plates nobody cleared what kind of service is that but more important what kind of management us that what they should...

Delicious juicy steaks done exactly as ordered!

Our family of 4 stopped at Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne for dinner in Aug 2024 after a very long drive. We were very hungry and felt lucky to be seated though the parking lot and the restaurant were packed. This was just the beginning of our luck though :) We got an absolutely delicious food and received an exceptional service by our waitress Taylor. Even writing this review makes me nostalgic and wishing to go back :)

We ordered Rattlesnake Bites for appetizer to share and we also got generous portions of house salad and delicious chili that came as a choice with entrees. I asked for blue cheese dressing for my salad and was surprised when Taylor offered to add crumbles as well! This is that "going extra mile" that makes the place to stand out! Thank you!

For entrees we all got steaks (see below) and each was very flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked to the heat level ordered! They were just perfect and outstanding!

We highly recommend Texas Roadhouse in Cheyenne if you are up for perfect steaks, exceptional service, and all that at a very reasonable price!

Appetizers Rattlesnake Bites - fresh, flavorful, and delicious! House Salad - generous portion and good combo of greens, etc. Chili - excellent.
