First time being at Qdoba...(so initial experience). I had heard of this place and always wanted to try it. I let staff know that this was my first time so they were helpful in getting me through the process. I asked to get the cilantro rice and they pull out this humongous tortilla. I said to myself that is why it's almost 12 dollars but awesome! (Now the frustration)Next she asked for my protein. I said ground beef and I got the smallest amount of protein for the size of that burrito I've ever seen. It was the amount you get in one taco! I'm not sure if that is how it's always made(1st time remember)or I just got ripped off but I let her continue to make it. I got some veggies, hot sauce and cheese on it. She proceeds to roll it up and it's 1/3 the size of what I would consider a burrito. I sit down and start to eat and I can't taste anything but lettuce and tortilla. Didn't see the meat for a good number of bites but when I did it was hardly anything I could even get flavor from due to the tortilla and lettuce. Very disappointing for an expensive burrito. I'm not a vegetarian but it sure felt like I ate like one that day. Won't come back to this establishment if that's what you get for your money. I should've taken pictures for proof but at the time I...
Read moreUpper Management knowingly saves money by ignoring the cooked food shelf times. Employees are told to serve expired food. FYI, the Steak only has 2 hours after being cooked. They will not waste any expired food during the day. Would RECOMMEND AVOIDING any of the Cheyenne QDOBA locations. Bad Management. Edit: Want to learn more? The General Manager adds MILK into the Queso to extend the life of the product after EXPIRING. They will not throw away chicken, queso, brisket, and pork EVEN after closing and will serve it to customers the next day. Still don't want pork? They will save it and serve it the next day. Totally ignoring when it was cooked. This is knowingly done to try to save money by the new Regional Manager, Luke, and the new General Manager, Kelsey. If this is how the Regional Manager is doing things, it is most likely a problem at all the locations of this franchise owner. Take a look at their food waste reports, they don't even include chicken and many others because they are training employees not to...
Read moreI will start with that I placed a catering order with this Qdoba restaurant and so my experience deals specifically with the catering portion. The order was for a group of construction guys so I ordered for 25 guys (only had 18) since I know that I would need some extra food and I added to the order an extra 10 person helping of the brisket. Only enough for guys to get one pass through the food and zero food leftover afterwords. The rice that was ordered was cilantro lime and lets be honest it was plain white rice. This Qdoba doesn't ask if you happen to have a rewards (have been asked previously from other Qdoba's when doing catering) very nice to have a reminder when you are ordering for work. If you do not let them know they can not go back and give you a claim ID, so make sure to ask or better yet call a different Qdoba. Overall satisfaction with this Qdoba, extremely dissatisfied.
I will say that the person who delivered showed up on time, was polite, and set up...
