BEWARE!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!

We have been monthly parkers at this garage for the past 2years ($250 per month). This is the SECOND time our car has been damaged in this garage in less than 10 months. Today my boyfriend and I were totally devastated to find our brand new Mercedes-Benz had been totally defaced. Someone had ample time to commit this egregious act . Our 1st car was a Nissan Altima where the window got busted out. We filed an incident report with the “security manager” who’s not exclusive to this property (management offered no solutions on either occasion). So he may or may not be there at any given time. They also have NO CAMERAS in the garage with the exception of the 1st floor and elevators. I go to my car nightly to listen to music and over the past couple of weeks I have noticed suspicious activity such as homeless people wandering in the garage . As well as teenagers in a group up to no good. YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE IN THIS GARAGE!!! They make so much money from this parking garage and still have sub par security smh

I went to a show at the Cadillac theatre and I parked my car here. It was reasonably priced. It was only about a block and a half away from the theater. I had zero problems with my vehicle or using the mobile pass. I recommend anyone looking for parking in the area to go here. I wouldn't pay much attention to the review from 4 years ago where they say their vehicle was damaged. I know there are pictures but they said both vehicles they had were damaged. The odds of that are slim to none. These people had to have made enemies for two vehicles to be damaged. Also my car wasn't and I didn't see any other...
