I had a really good experience at this store today. With some free time in between meetings, I went in to browse and was greeted by the friendly staff. The lady who helped me, Julie mentioned immediately that they had a sales and gift offer going on and explained all the details. I told her that I was changing to clean beauty products and she recommended a lot of good items. I ended up staying a long time and slowly tried everything without pressure. All the sales ladies were sharing their experiences and advice so it was a great atmosphere. I have been shopping for products online these days but I realize that nothing beats the in person experience with helpful experts that know their stuff and trying the testers. Yes the items were mostly on the pricier side but there is a range and good skincare ingredients make a difference. I carefully selected a few products and met the threshold for free gifts and the impressive gift set including some suncare products that I'm keen to try. They also sent me home with sample products in tester jars and packets from the brands. Samples help me try everything out before I buy. Please give more samples, I have discovered new products because of them and made subsequent purchases. Although I have bought from the store before, I only signed up to be a member today. Kerry is always so welcoming and ensures that I get everything I need, at the best prices and she always ensures I leave with a goodie bag of samples for my wife to try out your latest range of products.
During my last stay in January, I placed a last minute online order for delivery to the store for collection on the day I flew back to London - unfortunately there was a delivery glitch and the order was returned back to the depot which meant that there wasn't enough time to reschedule. I dropped into the store, explained my dilemma to Kerry and she sorted out everything for me, reproducing the order from her stock and also ensuring I received the online discounts. More importantly it meant that I was able to deliver my wife's favourite beauty products on my return home!

The first time was less than satisfactory but this time solidified that it’s just the way the store runs. Wanted to try a new shampoo brand and needed guidance on the best product for me. Sales girl told me to buy a certain line, but didn’t provide a ton of insight. If I’m paying $70 for shampoo, I should feel confident it’s going to do what I want. Walked around the store a bit looking at other things to add on. The store manager was shouting across the store about resetting the floor and cleaning up. I have worked in high end retail so this really bothered me. The skin sales girl was nice and knowledgeable, but no one really cared what I wanted unless it was to buy hundreds of dollars of products. All of that aside, I had to leave to make my train and it wasn’t until I left that I read a sign that said spend $75 on hair get a free hair kit. I spent $71. You couldn’t have even bothered to share that with me but want me to buy $100 face cream. Very confusing trip and the sales girl seemed put out when i asked if they had any samples. Really poor...
