This place was an ultimate experience. It was so wonderful for a girls night out to celebrate my birthday.! The vibe inside of the Untitled Supper Club sets in the prohibition period, which has a speakeasy, burlesque type vibe lights were dim it was dark in there but With enough flight to see what you needed to see such as your food, the bar area the show And how to get to the bathroom ;). There were two bars fully stocked, With a huge selection of whiskeys and bourbons. There’s a stage Where the performances are held, which turns into a dance floor Later in the evening. The bathroom were immaculate. There was a Maître D in the bathroom with towels, extra toiletries, and breath, mints things like that. The decor was absolutely lovely. I really enjoyed the ambience. There were nine of us it was a little busy Especially being St. Patrick’s Day weekend. We had one server to serve all of us. She was great, but she did forget a couple of things related to drinks and some of our parings with our meals. She was having other people help her out to bring out her food so I’m sure it wasn’t her fault, but she got right on it We brought it to her attention to make sure we got what we needed. She was serving a lot of tables She was very busy so we didn’t see her much coming back to our table. He had to wait and get her attention that’s for sure, but she was very professional, and A good server overall. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the Seabass, several of us had that it was so well prepared with a savory sauce at the bottom, I also had the Brussels sprouts they were very yummy. Someone had the lamb chops. They said they were very tasty and delicious well prepared, steak was very good as well. Salmon was delicious and well prepared with mashed potatoes, the Parmesan fries, and the calamari were also delicious. The only downside was the crabcakes, they came out later and they were cold so one of our d inner had cold crabcakes so she didn’t eat. She didn’t say anything to take them back and her food came out later than everyone else’s so that was why I gave four stars for the food. There were a couple of dishes on the menu for vegetarian, she got the cauliflower dish that was delicious she enjoyed it. Drinks were very tasty. There was a Women’s History month special drink list, and for every drink that people get they would donate a dollar towards an organization for women, so that was really nice. The drinks weren’t watered down. They were pretty looking and very smooth. Entertainment… What can I say about the entertainment tonight Leon was the guest singer. He was absolutely amazing. He worked the crowd he sang a variety of R&B songs, pop songs, love songs. His range was absolutely amazing. He engage everyone in the crowd, he came out into the crowd, and of course we were standing in the back, singing and dancing. He brought the birthday people up to the front, and we danced to Proud Mary. He had us do an improv performance. It was just a grand old time and then of course we cheered him on to do encore song, after he had ended his performance. He graciously did another song and sang Purple Rain, so we were super excited about that, and just enjoying singing and dancing and we had everyone singing with us ! So the tables have a two hour limit, we were probably a little over but it wasn’t a big deal and then we found a space towards the back by the bar. There was a cancellation, so we got another set in a booth and listen to the rest show. After the show was over it turns into a nightclub. We stayed for a while and then they cleared the dance floor reset up the back area near the bar area to a club they removed some table and chairs and put lounge couches, and things like that. It was amazing with the transformation. I have to believe they were open to 4 AM so thet DJ started playing dance music. We got on the dance floor and they played a variety of music to meet the need of crowd. Everybody just enjoyed themselves. It was dancing, drink singing and just good clean fun. A hidden gem...
Read moreBEWARE!!! I rely heavily on reviews when visiting establishments, I feel obligated to leave this review. Celebrating my birthday, I made 2 open table reservations for 6 people (7pm for dinner and drinks in the Whiskey library dining and 930pm for the live music and drinks in the Cabaret live music area). I was called by a very lovely young lady to confirm my reservations the day before and was told, "It was smart" to schedule this way to guarantee seating in both areas of the business. We arrived early for our 7pm reservation and was told by the hostesses that they were getting our table together and they would find us at the bar when it was ready. At about 7:20, I realized there was a fully prepared table that was unoccupied that we believed was for us, but nobody ever notified us about the table being ready. I approached the host station and there were several of them talking, I asked about our table and one host stated "oh, is all of your guest here?" and I replied that we've all been here. The host related that she was sorry and told us our table was the prepared one we were staring at for 20 minutes. Once sat, we were greeted by our server Jessica who was nice and she asked for drink and appetizer orders. Drinks arrived at the table and Jessica asked if we were ready to order dinner. My first guest began to order her meal that included the whipped potatoes. Jessica went on to inform us that they were out of potatoes at the time and it would be a 40 minute wait on them. Frustrated but we waited to place our orders. Jessica continued to check on us during that time and at about the 30th minute, she told us the potatoes would be another 20 minutes MAYBE. Jessica offered bread to hold us over and we obliged. My frustrsted wife asked for the manager due to how things were going. My wife was upset that Jessica didn't lead the initial conversation with being out of potatoes before taking drink orders. The manager Kevin Myers spoke to my wife and apologized and was still unsure of the potatoes eta. Kevin announced that he would comp some drinks on our bill like that mattered and we began ordering food. 3 of my guests ordered the chicken and it came out cold. One guest decided to keep his luke warm chicken and shared a ceaser salad and the other 2 chicken dinners were sent back and those guests didn't eat. I ordered the meatball appetizer, my wife had the crab cake appetizer and a wedge salad, another guest had the ribeye and we got a few orders of french fries. Whipped potatoes finally arrived and tasted straight out a box. Kevin brought us the bill and explained that he comped 2 drinks, 2 chickens and the birthday dessert. 20% gratuity was added and was fine because Jessica was nice. I met Kevin in the hallway to further discuss the bill and in the most condescending tone, he informed me that what he did was all that could be done and that he's sorry again and happy birthday. I paid the bill and was hungry and frustrated. It was almost time for our 930 reservation for the cabaret side. We head over and eventually were met by Kevin again who related that our 930 reservation was canceled because he thought we would be leaving after all of that. It was also expressed to my guest that I couldn't have 2 reservations(WHY NOT? I MADE 2 DEPOSTS AND THERE WERE 2 ½ HOURS IN BETWEEN). Kevin sits us at a back table and for 30 minutes nobody came and took our drink orders. It felt very personal at this point so we got up and left the table. We went back over to the Whiskey library and were greeted with great service from the bar staff on that side. We listened to the music and watched the performer on the tv. Not the birthday experience I wanted, I was embarrassed, upset and disappointed by this experience. The ambiance was nice and it would be a good after hour spot for drinks, not dinner. I'm not blaming the establishment because I know good help is hard to find but I'm very disappointed that poor customer service seems to be trending these days. **review was shortened due to...
Read moreUntitled is the type of place that has the perfect "wow" factor for almost any occasion. During my first visit here, a group of us came around 10pm for drinks and apps. We were seated in the room where there was a live singing performance going on. The musicians were talented, but this isn't a room you would want to sit in if you want to be able to easily hear your dinner companion (due to how loud it was). Luckily, Untitled is large and is sectioned off into different rooms and each have their own feel. The second time I came to Untitled, my group was seated in the Whiskey Library, and I liked the cozy atmosphere. Before you come here, please be aware of the dress code that includes no t-shirts, shorts, sandals, or athletic shoes.
Untitled has pages of whiskeys and bourbons available on their menu, so whiskey and bourbon lovers will feel right at home here. There are also several cocktails and wines to pick from as well.
The potato galette and short baos were both really good. The short rib baos could have really benefited from some sort of light Asian inspired dipping sauce due to the dryness. The pork chop was super tender and full of flavor. The pumpkin creme brulee was amazing, and I appreciate the fact that they offer a pumpkin dessert all year long.
During both visits, the service was pretty average. During my second visit, the kitchen forgot about one of the side dishes I had ordered. Since this place mainly offers shared plates, everyone's dishes comes out at different times, so I didn't ask the waitress about the missing dish until half way through the meal. The waitress offered to put the order in a second time, but by then all of my friends were done eating. I just decided to order a dessert at that point. Simple mistake, but I know that next time I may need to be more proactive if it seems to be taking too long for a dish...
