I have never been so upset and disappointed than I have been with the Chicago Tribune. The only way you can cancel is to call a local number and the representatives are horrible to work with. I have tried several times cancelling and they will not listen to me. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and they won't transfer me. These days you should be able to just go online and cancel.
