I am so incredibly grateful for the custom gold band Frank was able to bring to life for me for my wedding day. Made from my dads wedding band (top left photo), Frank created a custom more modern band for me and recreated the design from my dads. Frank’s amazing work and eye for detail made the results better than I could have imagined and it is so so special to me something I’ll cherish forever. Absolutely a great experience. My husband and I went in to find our wedding rings not really knowing what we wanted. Frank was extremely patient with us as we spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what was best for us.

He even plated (not sure what the process is called) one of his rings rose gold so we can see an accurate example of what we wanted. When we received our rings, my husband realized that he wanted to make a few changes to it.

Frank, again, was extremely accommodating and adjusted the ring. My husband now loves it as much as I love mine.

I have an Ebel Wave watch that I purchased some years ago. I turned it over to a jeweler that was not practiced in servicing higher-end analog watches. Unfortunately, they broke the watch. I wasn't able to wear the watch for about five years. I came across the Frank Michael Jewelers in downtown Chicago.
