If I could I would give zero stars ââ Iâm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here. I sent my Hublot watch for repair over five months ago, and after endless delays, they called us about a month ago stating the watch had been fixed and that we need to come pick it up. My wife, who was nine months pregnant at the time, drove to their place to pick up the watch and it had turned out that they never ordered the strap for it. After another two months, they continued to lie to me about ordering it, and after weeks of back-and-forth, I finally decided to pick up my watch in person because I just couldnât wrap my mind around the fact that a dealership needed THAT much time to get a freaking watch strap. To my shock, not only did they try to charge me close to $3,000 that day, but when I checked the watch, they hadnât even fixed the original issue. I asked for the receipt to see what exactly they were trying to charge me for, but they refused to give me the case number or any information. Their excuse was that this was between them and Hublot. Thank goodness I know a little something about watches, otherwise, I would be out $3,000. The whole experience has been frustrating and completely unprofessional.    Read moreI walked in with my mother today because I was referred to this place by the Versace store for a simple fix of my Versace watch, so that it wouldn't have to be sent in to Versace. The young lady who greeted me at the door was very polite and was wanting to help, but before she could even finish talking, the guy starts yelling before he even knows what we were talking about saying they couldn't fix it. The young lady who greeted us insisted that someone there could and he just said "no!" And had such a look of dismissal on his face. It was so blatantly disrespectful that the lady who worked at the door apologized and my mom was in tears because she was so upset. Mind you, I am a doctor from St. Louis, who was also shopping for a particular Rolex, but couldn't even get in the door because of what was obviously the color of my skin. I was in shock and have never, ever been treated this terribly in my life. I am a business owner myself and would never make an accusation of this magnitude lightly. If you are a person of color, or a person who stands with people of color, do not support this business. We were in Chicago celebrating my mother's birthday and this single experience almost derailed the entire weekend. I'm still disgusted that things like this occur...

I had talked to them about a Breitling that I was interested in, they gave me an appointment and time to come in and see the watch. I must say I was blown away by the personalized shopping experience, I went there and asked for my sales person Austin, he came over greeted me by name offered my sparkling water and then took me over where they already had the watch laid out and ready for me to try on. I have gone to many fine jewelers for watches but this type of personal attention to customer service was my first. I must say I felt like royalty! I purchased the watch and while they were packing it, Austin took me on the tour of the shop which I must say is 3 floors with the 3rd floor being a bar. The owner came over as well and greeted me and when I left told me to wear my watch in "good health". There a lot of luxury watch dealers but this place takes the customer experience to another level. I am definitely going to go back for another...
