Beware if you are parking a vehicle larger than a postage stamp, because this garage is tight! Plenty of 3 point turns were required just to maneuver my car through the garage. The overall sizes of the parking spots is also an issue. Had to tell all my passengers to get out of the car before getting into a space, otherwise they wouldn't be able to get out at all.

If you are using SpotHero or ParkWhiz at this garage, it helps to make sure the page on your phone is already open as you approach the gates; this garage does block some cell reception and it may affect your ability to leave.

BEWARE of this building. MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THE 3RD FLOOR OF THEIR PARKING GARAGE DURING THE DAY. The thief just walked through the garage doors and climbed 3 floors without being noticed. There were zero cameras on the third floor that captured my car being broken into. Just footage of the thief coming in, climbing up the ramps to get to my car, and breaking the parking gate on the way out. Despite this being on CCTV, the event went unnoticed until I saw that my car was missing 4 hours later. It was found totalled the next day. This event happened in March of this year. LAZ Parking: I don’t appreciate your associates treating me badly when I needed assistance. I pay my parking fees every month, so the gate needs to open when I scan my pass. I do not need attitude from your associates when your system fails, when it’s my time that is being waisted by needing to call. You should not hold people hostage in your garage when they’ve paid their fees. Verify who they are and open the gate.
