Original review: My best friend and I came to Chicago for a girl’s trip and decided to get permanent jewelry. We picked the same bracelet - it’s a mixture of gold and I’m assuming sterling silver. I can’t remember the exact material - I believe it came to around $115.

The ladies were very nice and put the bracelet on great. However, I am pretty disappointed in the bracelet itself. The silver portion turned completely black after being in the pool several times.

I wish I would have known this, as it is summer time and I wouldn’t have purchased this particular bracelet. Not sure why this would be sold, to be honest, when it’s permanent and people are clearly going to be in the pool. My friend’s bracelet did the same thing.

I took a picture the day we got them and then again what it looks like now. Just disappointed that we weren’t warned about this before buying.

I have even tried using sterling silver cleaner. It cleans some of the black off but the silver itself is completely dull and...

I love Pistachios! Here are some of my favorite things. The online experience has been great! You can text the staff from the website and they will answer any questions and model anything you want! They can tell you how the pieces are made. They must be artists, too. Since the pandemic, I had a private appointment in the gallery and that was pretty fun! I felt very safe. They had hand sanitizer, alcohol swabs and latex gloves. I think they clean the entire place after every customer. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable but not pushy. From the moment I first laid eyes on this place on a casual stroll on my way elsewhere, I knew this place had "ME" written all over it. I have purchased many items over the years and I can honestly say I still enjoy my Pistachios pieces very much.
