There is nothing about this place that is good. Buyer Beware these guys are a bunch of scam artist from the low-level salespeople to management. They mislead the customer in order to sign a contract agreement or upgrade a phone. Once you realize what you're actually paying for, its too late. They are very unethical. They tricked me and my disabled family member into getting my account password. Then they changed my account and upgraded my account without my authorization. After speaking to a manager at the location to solve this problem, I was told that the individual salesman who did this was Justin, but then later his name changed to Victor. The manager was trying to cover for the guy. My disabled family member needed to replace a phone because it broke. The salesman called me up stating he needed my account password to replace the phone. I did and he said it did not work. My password never gave me a problem before and never gave me a problem after. So he ended up adding my family member to the account without permission. Then he made changes onto the account and upgraded my plan which in turn raised my monthly payments. While I was at the store complaining, there were two other people complaining about false promises and being misled. Don't waste your time talking to management because they are the ones who trained the low-level people to be crooks and make a sale no matter what and will cover for them. Then they try act like it's the customer's fault. I don't think so, this whole place needs to be shut down and verizon needs to higher people with strong ethics...

If I could give less than a star or a negative star review, I would!!! This place is horrible, they are a bunch of scam artists that take advantage of people. We have had this ipad for 6+ years and never had any issues... my kids using it primarily and have dropped it many of times on various surfaces, with no issues, until recently when my husband dropped it and the screen cracked. We recently took our ipad to have the glass replaced, and paid $85. Upon bringing it home, it was not operating right... the screen would stay on all the time and drain the battery and not enter sleep mode unless we manually turned the ipad off. It was never a issue prior to the screen being replaced. 2 days later, my daughter went to play on her ipad and noticed the screen was cracked. And this time, the ipad would not even work with the screen being cracked; whereas, prior to the replacement, the ipad worked fine, we only fixed it for cosmetic reasons. We took it back because we were told it had a 30-day warranty; however, they said that the warranty would not be honored because they insisted we did something to crack the screen. The only thing they would offer is a 30% discount on another screen replacement...again with no guarantee!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They are a horrible excuse for a business and are not honorable in any way! I would never use them again or recommend them to...

This review is long overdue...I've been coming here for more than a decade now and Anu and Jas have always been helpful and knowledgeable everytime I had a question, had a problem or just needed service for whatever it may be...Not too long ago, my prior phone had cracks on the screen and needed a new battery replacement b/c it running out of power alot quicker from all the years of use...Anu fixed the screen like it was brand new and switched out a new battery within minutes... Just the other day my Mom got a new phone and Jas helped her switch everything over to the new phone and she also bought the tempered glass screen protector and a case while there as well for her new phone...Also, there was specific app that my Mom really wanted to keep and bring over from her old phone which was really difficult to deal with considering that it in a different language. My elderly Mom wasn't much help translating tech lingo but Jas was a professional and handle it with no problem...I will always support small businesses when I can, especially when they are so helpful..It's a one stop shop for all your cell...
