Old Navy — Local services in Chino Hills

Not sure if I just happened to go on a bad day or a what but the store itself was very messy. There were misplaced merchandise items all over the place, I was finding kids clothes in the men’s section, jewelry on the floor in the women’s section, etc. The baby section was really picked clean and there were hardly anything on the shelves to chose from. Filthy. Aside from filthy, rude. Bumped into three employees and none of them said hello or offered assistance. Manager with the black denim jacket saw how long the line was and an employee offered to jump on the register but she said not to and to help her unload a box of shipment on the floor.
