When we arrived around 8 pm they didn't seem busy. We could see two outside tables with people seated that seemed to be waiting but that was about it. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes by a hostess that was minimally friendly. We had been to the movies earlier and weren't starving after having our popcorn so the wait wasn't an issue and there was seating outside where they used to have outdoor dining. We sat out there and looked up the menu online while we waited. We were excited to find the 20 oz ribeye and shrimp and were looking forward to trying it and some drinks and an appetizer.. We were notified via text after about 20ish minutes to see the hostess to be seated so we were pleasantly surprised. The hostess took us to our table which once we were seated, we realized was outside even though we came inside to be seated. It was a little confusing. I thought it was a waiting area but okay. It was a nice sized table. She provided a paper menu of beer selections left. A waitress came pretty quickly and offered to bring us water while we decided on our drinks. There were heaters but it was a breezy night and my legs were cold. We could see a lot of empty booths inside. When our server came to take our drink order we asked if we could be seated inside. She said not problem, she'd let the hostess know. The hostess came over and said she would turn on the corner heater (kind of looked like a fireplace). I told her I could feel the heat from the heaters up by the rafters but my legs were cold so we'd rather sit inside. She kind of grudgingly said okay and led us inside and we carried our water glasses with us. She took us to a table that was surrounded by booths of which only one was occupied. I asked if we could have a booth and she said she was sorry but this booth (pointed to our right) was reserved for a party of 8. It looked like it might fit six so I was confused by that but took it at face value. I pointed to the ones to our left and she pointed to one and said it was reserved for a party of 5. Her facial expression said that she didn't have time to be bothered like this so we said okay and sat down. As we looked around we realized they weren't seating people at every other booth because the table to the right for the party of 8 had a table seated right next to it. A server came and asked if we were ready to order and I explained we hadn't gotten a food menu, just the beer menu. The waitress pointef and said to scan a qr code and pointed to a table kiosk. She said we could also browse the menu on the kiosk. We already knew what food we wanted so I used it to look at the non-alcoholic drinks. As I did so over the next several minutes (server didn't come back) we watched the hostess seat two people at the booth she said was reserved for 8 and then watched her seat one person at a booth next to the reserved table for 5. Needless to say were confused and that changed to annoyed and irritated. Why were people that came after us being given a non reserved booth. Why weren't we even offered to be able to wait for booth if there were booths available that we could be seated at? We waited longer to see if we could ask the server and she didn't come back. We decided to leave at that point. This was our first time at a Yard House and needless to say we weren't impressed and left hungry, irritated. And disappointed. We are in the area on vacation and it was our last night and we wanted to treat ourselves to a really nice meal. We will probably never try a Yard House again based on the impression we were given tonight. This location especially needs to work on training their staff in customer...
Read moreCame here on a Saturday, Dec 18, 2021 to celebrate my winter commencement! Party of 10, arrived around 12:35pm.
No wait - we immediately were seated even though my family and I were trickling in (we arrived in 3 different cars haha). I mention this to say your entire party doesn't have to be there to be seated, which was nice! This is definitely not the case when I went to Yard House back in Santana Row (Bay Area, San Jose where I am from haha).
Our waiter was great! I was happy with the service, even with our large group! You know how it goes with large groups... the service can be awful sometimes.
As a vegetarian, I ordered their Beyond Burger ($16.49) that included vegan mozzarella, crushed avocado, arugula, onion, tomato, pickles on brioche bun with sesame seeds. I asked for fries as my side.
It was really yummy!! I was so hungry I ate it ALL. Yes, that entire 1000 calories! I was also starving but it was VERY filling. What's so funny is that the burger looked so much like a "real" meat burger that my grandma thought that I was no longer vegetarian anymore (haha). I explained to her it was a vegan burger and it was definitely not meat. She was bummed out but that's another story.
I have also included pictures of what my cousins ordered... sorry I can't remember what they got but they really enjoyed it! My dad and uncle also enjoyed their beers. Even my Asian grandparents loved their food (they ordered some steak dish) and they are SUPER PICKY but they really enjoyed it!
Very happy with my experience. What a wonderful way to celebrate me finally finishing school! Highly recommend giving this place a visit if you are celebrating a big day like I was or for a delicious meal! Sounds like you should visit for lunch though if you can... based on the reviews here, it sounds like the wait and experience is different if you come for dinner. Anyway, thank...

Waited 35 mins to be seated, after being seated one of the bartenders came over to take our appetizer order, we ordered chicken nachos. I have worked in 3 diff restaurants and have made nachos plenty of times so I know it is a quick and simple thrown together pile of ingredients that shouldnt take more than 15mins to go from order to table. The nachos were brought out by a food runner 30mins later, not even by the bartender or the waitress, I asked all 3 for hot sauce, after waiting 20 mins noone brought any so I got up and went to the bar and stood there until the bartender gave me a bottle of Tobasco hot sauce, not the sriracha that was recommended and asked for 3x from 3 diff employees. The nachos, were hands down some of the worst nachos I've ever had, simply put, THERE WASN'T ANY CHICKEN ON THEM! HOW DO YOU CHARGE 13.95 FOR NACHOS, WITH NO CHICKEN, THAT LOOK LIKE A FLAT DEFLATED BALLOON OF CHIPS WITH REFRIED BEANS AND HARDLY ANY OTHER TOPPINGS?! The waitress never even came back to ask us for anything an hour after we were first seated so I asked for the bill, left no tip and asked that they please give better service next time. I am glad I am from the East Coast and we don't have any Yardhouse chains where I live because this would never fly where I am from. Service was less than 1 star, food 2 stars. I didn't get to order anything past the appetizer because was ignored by the waitstaff whole time, wanted more food, was ignored then told another 25mins to get wings...Been here a month tried about 20 diff restaurants and this was absolutely the worst place in...
