I really like their drinks, and they are made according to my requests on the app. With their app, you can accumulate points and get a 30-point discount when ordering. Their app is very user friendly.

However, when I place an order and schedule it for a later time, it's never honored—they have the drinks ready within 10–15 minutes, which is great if that’s what I need. But sometimes I pre-order knowing that I won’t be able to pick them up until later, and the fact that they’re made 30 minutes before my requested time is frustrating. I either have to drop everything I'm doing to go pick them up, or by the time I arrive, the boba is already soggy.

Lastly, this has happened to me the last couple of times I went to pick up my drinks: the staff were either busy making drinks or chatting, and I had to stand there for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
