Yummy place to get matcha and fruit tea!!

Went here for the first time on a Sunday around 1:45pm. Waited in line for about 35 minutes before ordering and deciding to give their Omomo Matcha a try. I am glad I did, the matcha was delicious! I ordered it full sweetness and with boba.

If you have ever been to Urth Caffe in Los Angeles, I'd say their matcha tastes like Urth's "Organic Green Tea Boba" drink "blended", but with a more creamy twist. I am going to be honest and share I didn't like the cream in the drink, but otherwise it was very yummy! I think in the future I will order this without the cream/base thing and just the blended matcha itself. Nevertheless, the matcha definitely tasted unique and high quality!

My sister ordered their fruit tornado mango and strawberry fruit Yakult. She liked both of them!

I purchased four drinks from your store today. The staff packed them into two separate drink holders, each holding two cups. Shortly after I walked out of the store, one of the holders collapsed, causing two drinks to fall and spill. I did not mishandle or shake the drinks—the issue was entirely due to the poor quality or insecure packaging.

When I returned to the store to report this, the staff informed me that store policy does not allow remakes and that I would need to place a new order. However, I was never made aware of such a policy before my purchase, and it was not visibly posted anywhere.

I believe it is the store’s responsibility to ensure that drinks are safely and securely packaged for takeout. Customers should not be penalized for accidents caused by inadequate packaging. I respectfully request a remake of the spilled drinks or some form of compensation.

If this matter cannot be resolved, I may consider filing a complaint through customer service channels or consumer...

My friends and I drove all the way to Chino Hills from the Inland Empire to try this place because we heard so many good reviews from others. It definitely lived up to the hype! We ordered a lot of different drinks but here are the notable ones:

Omomo matcha - So creamy with a rich matcha taste. It was blended which was a nice change from other matcha drinks we've had. Ordered it at 50% sugar and it was still sweet.

Angry matcha - It was a matcha latte with a shot of espresso. The espresso was actually strong and complemented the matcha well.

Oolong with tiramisu foam - The tiramisu foam gave the drink a chocolatey flavor, yet I could still taste the oolong which was nice.

Ceylon milk tea with cheese foam - The ceylon was strong but I was very underwhelmed by the cheese foam. It definitely wasn't cheesy. It also wasn't salted. It just tasted like cream.

Parking was easy because it's in a large plaza. There are also Daiso and 99 Ranch next door! Will be back again to...
