Very personable, knowledge and highly skilled artisans. We were greeted with a smile and after some polite small talk they looked over our concerns. We were given an estimate of cost and were on our way. They have all the necessary equipment on site to handle any jewelry repair or creation. I received a text message a couple days later, our rings were ready. Exceptionally skilled jewelers! Everything looks new again. Setting repaired, missing accent stone replace and ring sized properly after having it cut off. You cannot tell where the cut was made and gold added to go up a full size. Eric’s Diamonds downtown Chippewa Falls owner, Sydney has absolutely stunned us with customizing putting together the wedding band I chose to my engagement ring. After I showed Josh what I envisioned he emailed Eric’s Diamonds and got a response almost immediately and we recieved the best customer service! I highly recommended getting your wedding set done here (or any other customized jewelry and they also do engraving)!
