Edit (over a year later): I have taken my son here to sell clothes a few times, itās never gone well. The employees ignore you, talk on the phone, shoo you away. Bring tag on, sealed, name brand items and told ābad conditionā. Meanwhile on the shelf is 3$ shein items for 15$. No name jeans with literally brown stains inside: 35$, try to tell the employee, met with eye roll. Girl, Please. I always try to be friendly and meet with a smile, but they make it very difficult. I want to support local business, but when you have Walmart 5$ pilled and worn to no elastic pants for 12$, itās not keeping me. One employee is always very friendly and kind to me, so I give credit where it is due.
Edit: I gave a star because maybe she was having a bad day and didnāt mean to come off mean- twice. But please educate your employees on how rude eye rolling and gazing someone up and down is.
Absolutely not. Walked in, girl rolled her eyes and looked me up and down. I smiled and waved, she rolled eyes more and looked down with a huge frown on her face. No one said hey, asked if I needed help- and looking at the prices I just left after one shelf. Used stained polo for 15$? Get the heck out of here. I want to support local business but I wonāt be disrespected. Is the business model to buy clothes like Platoās? If so I hope you are paying well for the price to be this high on clearly used...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreClothes are a great selection. Staff is awful. Tags are misleading. Not friendly. If thereās a sale stamp on the tag it is not honored because āitās not a sale dayā and they donāt tell you that. You have to ask. The staff didnāt say āhiā or anything when we walked in. We walked up to the counter with our clothes after we waited for the guest before us and no one said hi. The cashier walked away. One of the other girls working on the side came over but she didnāt say anything she just started scanning the tags. I took everything off the hangers - no one asked me to I just always do that when I go thrifting - it seemed like that irritated her maybe? Not sure. No one there seemed to enjoy any part about being there. I felt kinda bad for them. Depressing environment. Tags were misleading. Bummer. Good selection of...
Ā Ā Ā Read morenice people but wasted my time. I tried to sell clothes and they forgot to return all of the cloths they didnāt buy. They didnāt call me or text me informing me they forgot until I got home and noticed some clothes missing, and when I called them they knew where the bag was and that they forgot to give it to me. But decided not to contact me which would have saved me time and money. I then had to drive an extra 40 mins to pick up my clothes. Like the only reason Iām selling cloths is to save up some money but having to spend it again on gas just to go pick it up is stupid. (Man I even asked yall to take another look at the bag of clothes you forgot to give me and if they bought 1 more item I would have broken...
