Probably one of the single worst experiences ive ever had in any restaurant for that matter, first off a server should NEVER tell a customer that "She Never rings anything in wrong" seeing how my Mother-in-law is recovering from a heart attack, she cant even eat red meet or spicy foods for that matter. But yet when she orders the CHX on the barbie they bring her shrimp. She tried to explain to the server why she didnt order shrimp and further more that not just her food but ALL of our food (i got a bone in ribeye) was extremely spicy but yet the server replies with "i never ring anything in wrong"...... the christiansburg location needs some work. The server didnt even come back and check on us at all after that nor did she refill any drinks including my 8 year olds drink that she had inhaled because her chx was to spicy for her to eat, we had to give her tea to suffice until we were finally able to cash out. I can honestly say simply because i worked in restaurants for over 15 years that included managment , FOH, BOH. PRODUCT COACH ETC ,i would have relieved the server of her duties for the service me and my family recieved, and when i return ,because honestly the ribs are the 👌 ,i fully intend on making it known that i want to recieve the service i expect to recieve when im paying the money im paying there. Hopefully the server will have either gotten better at doing her job or hopefully she found a place more suitable for someone with her...
