I don’t want to be overly harsh but this location is a struggle. I got what I can only assume is food poisoning/food borne illness from the fish sandwich (it was cold, stale, I shouldn’t have ate it) last year so I avoided this place like the plague. Then on a whim my son decided we needed BK for lunch. I figured we could go back since they turn over in these places is so high the result will surely change.
So we go in and order. Drive through has 6-7 cars, and inside had 2 people in front of us. They had people handling drive through and inside separately. The older man servicing us was very very friendly and kind BUT we stood there for over 10 minutes with no one in front of us, no one said “be right with you” or “just a moment”. I watched employees handle cash/touch counters/cleaners then touch fries and nuggets with the same bare unwashed hands. (I try not to let my anxiety take over but please don’t touch any good someone is going to put in their mouth without washing or wearing gloves T-T that’s just common food sense? Money is gross!
The food we got today was seemingly fresh and tasted ok according to my kid.
The employees are friendly but they need to be trained on food borne illness and hand cleaning, as well as how to handle waiting customers (greet and give them a time such as “welcome to bk! I will be with you in less than 5 mins, we are swamped”). I don’t think I’m being overly critical or mean, apologies if I come off that way. I think BK is one of the best fast food places (pescatarian and veg options are always great), so I’d love to see this...
Read moreMy husband, two kids and I all came through the drive-thru. My husband repeated our order twice at the drive -thru speaker. The Lady whom took our order didnt sound the slightest bit interested in actually taking our order. We pulled to the SECOND window as directed. She took our card for payment and handed us three drinks. My husband politely asked to make sure our burgers were made correctly since we ordered them a certain way and we didnt want them getting mixed up. "The manager's making the food so they will be right" and chuckled. When they were handing us our overstuffed bag of food we asked for ketchup which resulted in an eyeroll from another girl. Because we remained at the window for several more minutes the same girl who gave us the eyeroll said what else do you need. We were still waiting on my husband large mellow yellow. The large cup we assumed was tea had really been a mellow yellow im guessing mixed with coke or something. When I took it back insode to get the tea I ordered with a large combo the girl yanked the large cup out of my hand and replaced it with a medium cup of tea. We were not given straws with our drinks along with the fact that there was NONE in the bag. Luckily I keep extra straws in my car since I do have two kids. But this was by far the worst service I have ever recieved at a burger king. This store in particular has lost my business from...
Read moreWent there today and the food and service was awful! The boy taking our order was so high (Which I have no personal problem with long as you can maintain) he couldn’t keep his eyes open or get our order right. We ordered and over half of it was missing. We order a coke slushy and he brings a lemonade slushy we go back three times trying to get what we ordered and I’m not sure how they do this but everything was cold! Whoppers aren’t supposed to be cold! The onion rings were so hard you couldn’t eat them they literally powdered during handling them. The boy that took our order was eating fries out of his gray hoodie pocket behind the counter and he was just out of it! My husband let the manager know the boy couldn’t function he was to high but the manager a lady of maybe mid 30s stared back and said “Hmm I’ve noticed that he was acting odd.” Then sends him outside for a breather where he proceeds to pace and rub his face no doubt near Raw. My entire family had a vote which this is 3rd time we have stopped at this particular BK and each time has been a very...
